Sono molto ma molto soddisfatto sia dal punto di vista del broker, ma ancor più soddisfatto del grandissimo Supporto di Federico, velocissimo, rispettoso molto coordiale, e sopratutto se hai un problema fede e il numero 1 a risolverlo, si mette sempre a disposizione in qualsiasi momento che sia giorno o che sia notte, devocdire che supporto migliore di questo non esista! sono molto soddisfatto, complimenti.

I’ve been using this platform for nearly 6months, never had any problems neither with deposits or withdrawals, customer support is the best i’ve ever seen, especially Federico wich is very kind and answers immediately. I very much recommend it.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WHOLE LOT OF DECEPTION. They take their sweet time to respond to their WhatsApp chat. If they respond after 2 days then you’re lucky. They are unhelpful. They lie about their leverage. I deposited 500 pounds and wanted to trade gold, I had set my leverage to 1:500 but upon trading xauusd I was limited to opening 0.05 lot size only which is unheard of when utilizing 1:500 leverage. They also said I’ll get a 100% deposit when I deposit my capital, it’s all a LIE designed to bait people into signing up with them. ALL THE HIGH RATED REVIEWS HERE ON TRUSTPILOT ARE FALSIFIED BY THEM TOO!!! DONT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Additionally, we do not advertise or apply a fixed 1:500 leverage specifically for gold trading, and bonus offers are not applied automatically without a request or agreement. Based on our records, we were unable to identify any related request submitted to our support team regarding these matters.

I had an excellent experience with my account manager Dia today. He provided clear and timely advice on how to increase my margin from my account from going into loss and potentially wiping out. Dia's communication was exceptional explaining everything in detail so that j understood the process and the reasoning behind every step.
