Tideacebike Avaliações

Needed a new rim brake frame set. The market isn't overwhemled with such frames these days but TideAce had something to offer in the right size and geometry.
First contact was made via email. It worked fine but was a little slow to get some answers for some reason. That's the only set back in the entire experience with TideAce.
Next contact was made using the WhatsApp button on the website. Eddy responded within a minute, litteraly! He confirmed availability and size for the model in question on the spot and was very helpful too for the color I had chosen. An FM-R186 Rim Brake Road Frame order was placed and things started rolling flawlessly.
The frame was packed securely and the box arrived intact. The manufacturing quality is great, the paint job equally good. Overall a great and satisfying exprerience.
Eddy even managed to send me the plugs for the non used cable holes on the frame as using wireless drivechain. Good job Eddy!

Fraud !!!
i´ve ordereda R301D frame set. The manufacturer sent the wrong fork for external cabling and without a hole in the steerer tube instead of for internal cabling. The adapter plate for the front derailleur was also missing. Pictures of the wrong fork and the accessories without the adapter were sent to the manufacturer. They asked for even more pictures. Additional clear pictures were sent. No response at all from the manufacturer. Shady scam company. Be careful. I’ve already bought frame sets from other Chinese manufacturers (Lightcarbon, among others). Never had any problems and the quality was better.

The R053D frame is great.

I'm referring to the HB-008 Handlebar.
I ordered a second one.

Unfortunately, only four Spacers were included, which wasn't enough for the complete internal Routing.
My requests were not taken seriously, which is a real shame.

Not very professional.

Definitely never again!

The service, communication and also product are great!

My customer experience with tide ace was very good. I was looking at the tide ace arez evo frameset and the helped me with the purchase and customization of the frameset in a very good way. The contact with tide ace was very good and the frameset was recieved in a very quick time. The after sale support was also very nice and I had no bad experience at all. For me 5 stars is the only conclusion.

Tideace has helped me sort out my frame order and even offered a refund after I changed my mind. They aren't here to play games and will support you along the way. I'm hoping to place a order again once I have made up my mind. Thanks B

I buyed an Ares Evo frame and guys..are amazing!!!
Tideace is a great team! Pioneers of the Carbon manufacturing….
Tideace will have a nice future coming soon 🔝🚀🚀

Well made frames and support is also well enough. Had an issue unfortunately with the rivet holes and was told by the support to do it myself and didn't receive any further help besides a discount code, even though it should've been a warranty case, then I got ignored by them unfortunately. Delivery and shipping was quick and safe. Crash replacement is also good, got a good discount. So far support answers quick.

Edit: They helped me out with a seatpost clamp, quick and fast response.

Edit: Had ongoing issues with the seatpost making a frequent clicking noise, wrote the support and didn't receive an answer yet. Plus the seatpost appears to have larger tolerances. If you pay the support is quick and responsive, if you need real support, don't expect something serious from then.

My next frame will definitely be from another company.

Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que j achètes chez eux, les cadres sont biens finis et top.
Je viens de commander une fourche bmx cruiser je pense ne pas êtres déçu non plus .
Je recommande

The BEST customer attention. They are grest quality product and service.
Eddy and Joy Will be your BEST Friends!
I recomend their carbon frames.

ordering was super easy. communication was good throughout. shipping was fast, import duties and shipping fees were low. after sales support also great. overall a very pleasant buying experience.
most importantly the product is great.

The people at Tideace were great to work with during my ordering process. I had lots of questions on options and colors and they answered them all very quickly. Once I placed my order I needed to make some changes and they handled that very quickly as well. Over all great experience dealing with Tideace.

From the first message, Tideace were brilliant with me. Super helpful and their level of knowledge and design, proved to me that they weren't just throwing frames together and sending them out the door. I placed my order and as soon as it arrived, I was even more impressed. Putting it together was a breeze and I've now covered over 6,000km and it looks as good as the day it arrived (despite trips across Europe, snow, ice, mud, rough gravel and even rougher roads). Always a bit of a minefield buying cycling bits from Chinese brands - so read my words: Tideace is a safe haven amongst all the others. I've even been back in touch with them this week about a 2nd bike frame!

I found out about this manufacturer by accident. I ordered a GV-201 frame. Unlike other manufacturers, I liked this particular model. The delivery was timely and accurate, taking about two weeks. The paint job was excellent. I started assembling the bike, and so far, there have been no issues. Let's see how it performs in practice.
I would like to wish the manufacturer more interesting colors in the paint and photos of how they will look in these colors.

I have been purchasing from Chinese manufacturers from the beginnings and I only have positive words for Eddy. He takes care of the whole process and keeps you updated about delivery times, also the finishing of the bike frames is one of the best I have experienced.

Great bike frame. I've already ridden 5,000 km on it, and everything is perfect. I recommend this manufacturer and highly recommend contacting them via WhatsApp; everything was quick and easy.

Tidace frames are excellently manufactured and the service is exemplary. Fast and friendly communication. Very good delivery times. I have already purchased two frames and will definitely order more in the future.

Tideace is definitely a Chinese bicycle manufacturer you can trust. Eddy is a top-notch contact person who's available for any questions. I've already built up several Tideace frames, and EVERYTHING worked flawlessly. They work precisely and cleanly. Furthermore, compared to Western brands, you get exactly what you'd expect from a modern bicycle frame: tire clearance, UDH frame, etc. Definitely recommended!!

They provide attentive support.
They respond quickly and are a great company that treats small businesses like mine with kindness.
