had an issue when shipping it the first time out. issues were resolved and they sent me out a new safe and made sure it was function correctly. Only have to wait a week due to my scheduling issues.

The product was well packaged and arrived with no problems. Although shipping did take longer than was projected.

I sent info and it took a while to respond. So better faster communication .

The safe looks good but I have had a problem from day one that’s not resolved. The manual key is not working only key pad works. The service keeps sending me videos on how to repair it. I have spent hours trying to do what they say with no luck. The screws and bolts inside the safe are terrible quality. If my keypad stops working I have no way to access my safe contents.

The safe arrived with a loose door that rattles at the slightest touch. I e-mailed customer service who acknowledged that the hinges were improperly set during production, but instead of sending someone to fix it or replacing the safe, they offered to send a noise-reduction pad for me to attach to the door. This is unacceptable for a safe that costs about $990. Now I can't even return since it is so heavy. very disappointed.

We managed to lose one set of keys to our Tigerking safe during a move. They gave me excellent instructions on what to do and what to send to them so they could send new keys. I received my new keys promptly and it a very fair price. It was an awesome experience!

TigerKing provided excellent product at great pricing. Their customer service is responsive and excellent. Presently, I have a total of 4 TigerKing fireproof safes in my home and they operate perfectly always. I even ordered 2 of the fireproof index/storage boxes which also are excellent quality. As a customer, I could have have asked or received better customer service and quality product than what TigerKing has provided to me. Thanks

Great product and delivered on time. Called customer service for a minor problem that was resolved immediately over the phone. I would highly recommend this product.

Customer support was quick, efficient. My safe was missing a part, however, their customer support got a replacement part shipped in a couple of days.

The safe is beautiful but it is missing a decorative screw and the white glove service that I paid extra for did not work as expected.i would like a refund on this part since they did not deliver the safe to the second floor of the house.

I love the safe! Installation (White Glove Service) is my concern. The delivery people were great but came without any tools. The safe needed to be unbolted from the bottom packaging, and I didn't have a specific sized wrench to simplify the task. The inside panels (door, bottom, and edges of the shelves) were dirtied with all the effort it took to complete the installation. The company hasn't responded yet on how to clean or fix this issue. Other than that, my rating would have been a 5!

Well to start with. The drawer for the jewelry is broken, it's off the rail. And the left side that it's connected too isn't back against the wall of the safe and sticks out. Not so far as to stop the safe from closing but nevertheless. Also was missing some clips for the shelves. Also one of the ornament tops for the hinges was missing. I got in touch with you and you sent me more clips and the ornament top for the hinge. Also sent me a fireproof case I guess because of the issues. But the Jewelry drawer is pretty much useless because when you pull it out it flops heavily to the right since it's not connected to the rail and like I said above the left side isn't lined up. I'll keep the safe, I still like it and it functional, I'll just make it work. I haven't heard back from support since they sent me the parts and case so I guess that even though the Jewelry drawer isn't functional they consider the case closed.

I would like to review my safe but so far they are not delivering it. They have set up 2 different delivery dates and not only are they a no show but they don't even call to tell us they aren't coming. We called them to say where are you then are told we aren't coming. Wth Now they said today we will come tomorrow only you never asked if we would be here. Yes we will take more time out of our lives to make this work but not hopeful you will. Please bring our item.

We ordered a safe, moved documents, etc. out of bank to put them in safe and we can't get the code to set. You call them & the response is wait for an email. I need to talk to someone now not wait for an email. Terrible customer support - it has been 4 days now and it does not work. They called me finally today, instructions were not very clear you have to enter the new code in two times before it will set the combination.
