Excellent service , excellent tiles and just nice people to deal with. Highly recommend , ASIM and all staff were superb.

Initially we had a great experience with our order. They arrived quickly, delivered as promised. A few tiles on the order were broken but quickly replaced when contacted the company. We had the tiles for a few weeks before the job was started and unfortunately needed some more. I called the company and spoke to a lovely lady who recommended I order a sample as the batch would have changed since my order. She told me to call back when I received it, and if I was happy, I could order on the phone and also would not be charged the full 39.00 delivery cost. Sample arrived which was perfect. Called in and this time spoke to a man who told me I needed to order on line and delivery would be full price. I stuck to my guns and he eventually let me order them and charged 25.00 delivery for 14 tiles. When they were delivered, 3 of them were broken, tried to call but no reply, emailed in pictures and quickly received a reply apologising and replacements would be sent. They arrived a couple of days later, when my husband took them off the delivery driver, it sounded like a bag of marbles, driver could care less. Opened the tiles to find not only were they all in bits they were different tiles to our order! Contacted by phone, very apologetic but this is not good enough. Agreed on a refund for the tiles which arrived quickly. Won't be in a hurry to use them again.

I have ordered samples three times from Tiles Direct and have so far received great customer service and prompt delivery. Tiles have been excellent quality. I just now need to make up my mind on colourway before placing my order with them. So far very happy with the service received. Thank you.

Super quick delivery, hassle free purchase, good price.

Bought a wet room tray and drain. The tray isn’t formed correctly so won’t drain. The trap is very poor and too small for hole in the tray . For something that’s going to be installed permanently with no access it’s just not suitable. Phoned up sent pictures was promised a callback but no help received. PayPal dispute underway .

Horrible service from this company. Firstly they tried to charge £50 delivery fee for 40 small tiles. Contacting them who said ‘leave us a good review and we can do it for £10 delivery’. Wish we hand t left a good review as they have been nothing but trouble. Half of the tiles were broken even when wrapped in bubble wrap. Ordered more small and more large and only half small came and no large. Placed a THIRD order and have just been told it’s not even processed. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. Awful awful awful. If I could put -1 star I would.

They sent a requested sample very quickly, and fulfilled an order, protectively wrapped, with equal efficiency. In other words, a company that behaves as you hope.

The website allowed me to order tiles that were not in stock, no email received to update me of the delay, no telephone number on the website to contact the company.
I only realised that the tiles were unavailable via logging on to there website, order cancelled 3 days prior to the bathroom fitter stating the job, refund stated 2-3days I’m still waiting, staff advised can take upto a week.

I’m in awe of the quality and great value for money. The customer service is exceptional as I had some some issues were immediately resolved. Despite the Xmas period I was always kept in form. The tiles look amazing and I will be using this company continually and recommending others to use them. Sam is amazing and your go to for any questions sizes measurements and product options. They go above and beyond.

I ordered 20 Tutti Frutti Stone tiles (Order WEB1017877) and exercised my statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The tiles were returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Tiles Direct refunded only £214.38 of the £277.20 I paid, deducting a 10% restocking fee and withholding the £39.00 standard delivery charge. Both deductions are unlawful under Regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which explicitly prohibits restocking fees and requires standard delivery costs to be refunded.

When I raised this, I was directed to their returns policy — which itself breaches statutory consumer law. A company’s own policy cannot override an Act of Parliament.
I have now formally requested the outstanding £62.82 and have notified them that I am prepared to escalate to Trading Standards, the Small Claims Court, and my credit card provider under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act if necessary.
The tiles themselves were fine. The customer service response to a legitimate statutory return has been deeply disappointing and, frankly, unlawful. I would caution anyone considering a purchase to be aware of how this company handles returns

There was an error with my tile order. I rang and spoke to Asim who assured me the issue would be dealt with. Within 24hours I had received the correct items. I was extremely impressed with the service as any further delays would have impacted on our bathroom project. Thank you to Asim for being so efficient.

Excellent customer service. When I phoned, I spoke to Yusuf who quickly helped to resolve a problem with my order in a friendly and efficient manner. If Tiles Direct have what I'm looking for in the future, I will definitely buy from them again.

Abu was fabulous and very patient in helping me select tiles. I have ordered from Tiles-Direct before. All orders have arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the tiles are fantastic! They all also the best value tile retailer that I have ever found. Brilliant company to deal with. I don’t need to compromise my style as one of the tiles I LOVED on another website were £62.99/square meter. I could not spend that much. They had my dream tile at just £12 / sqm OVERJOYED 😁

Thrilled with my tiles. Incredible value, fast delivery, helpful customer service. There was a bit of confusion about what was in stock but that's forgivable given the excellent tiles that arrived.

I needed a small extra amount of tiles in order to finish my project and they sorted it.... Amazing, I cannot rate them highly enough

Fantastic customer service and delivery. Once my order was delivered I checked it over the following day and found a couple of box's of tiles damaged due to the pallet failing. I then emailed the team and they responded within 10 minutes and I had a resolution within the next half hour. I also had a missing item however they emailed me beforehand letting me know this would be missing and will be sent out asap once it arrives in stock and didn't want to hold up the rest of my order for this last item. 10/10 experience and fantastic service + communication. Fully recommend and will be purchasing from again.

Really poor quality tiles which don’t cut without the crackle coming off and sift through boxes to find ones which do cut only to find, once grouted, the colours of tiles (within the same box) are completely different! Company refuses to accept any responsibility. Absolutely awful
