We made a genuine mistake. Both my husband and I bought the tiles not knowing the other had. Tiles360 very unhelpful about returns from london. Costing a lot.

Won't use them again because of unhelpful when we needed it

Ordered a sample which was delivered quickly and the tile met my expectations. I will be purchasing the tiles for my fire hearth. Absolutely love the colour and style it’s perfect for my lounge.

Very pleased with this metro style tile. I’m renovating my bathroom and needed to match replacement tiles to the existing wall tiles. The original supplier has increased the size of their stock tile but your tile is a very close match and it’s difficult to spot the difference!

Delivery arrived with some damage - communicated this. Still waiting a response. Only three tiles but . . . Why should I worry about not getting what I pay for

Tiles were good quality but good job I ordered an extra pack because if you added up the ones that were broken in each pack, it added up to a whole pack of 6!

Disappointed with samples, one was for chess board type tile and I just received two pieces of different coloured tile.

Beautiful tiles made my bathroom have a fab Bali Spa vibe. Out of 7 boxes only a couple were broken-glad I took the advice to include a 10% contingency.

Good quality metro style white tiles, and a very close match to some damaged tiles in our bathroom I’m replacing after some renovation work. Arrived promptly as promised, well packed and no damage!

Paid £4.99 for some samples and I received tiny offcuts that would never be able to give me an idea of what the tile would look like. I emailed this to the company but they were not interested so we have now ordered our order from another company Tim’s tiles that have been fantastic

Having been let down by another company who only told me only after I'd paid that they didn't have stock I found Tiles360 when looking for an alternative supplier. Ordered some samples which came quickly and found a tile that was even better than the original tile I'd ordered. Placed order and delivery was prompt. The tiles went up yesterday and are stunning. My only criticism is the £45 delivery fee for just 3 small boxes of tiles.

I sent for a sample of your tiles which I received on time

First purchased over £400 pounds worth of tiles which was free shipping which is fair enough. The wife decided that she wanted a little extra doing around the window cill etc. So I needed to order 2 more boxes of the wall tiles, placed my order for 2 boxes and I was charged £45.00 to deliver them which is a ridiculous cost. I was happy with the tiles but I wouldn’t order again because of this high cost for extras. They should show this more clearly on the website.

Quick delivery, some tiles were broken spoke to customer service and a whole box replaced. Lovely tiles

The sizes of the tiles are a little small to have a good idea what the tiles look like.
