The website was easy to use and accurately portaid the items, delivery could have been quicker but was okay. I would be happy to use them again.

Prompt delivery and very happy with the quality of the skirting boards & trim that I bought

5 out of 6 skirting boards came damaged at both ends and they'd filled some of the cracks with filler and thought that was okay . Found out they didn't have any others in stock . Would have been better to cancel my order instead of sending out a substandard. product. The good thing was they were quick to deliver product easy to talk to quick collection of faulty wood. I'm hoping for a quick return of my payment.

Read the small print and don’t just take the pictures for granted! I ordered £500 worth of skirting board, having seen the picture of it online. The boards that arrived were scribed both sides (no flat back) . They don’t sit flat to the wall and are impossible to install flush. Having raised this, I was asked to see the small print, which stated all skirting is double sided ! If I wished to return it, I had to pay postage. Postage is £150 !

15cm longer than ordered so had to cut it down myself.

No notification received of actual delivery and, whilst well wrapped, it was left outside for two days by the courier in a place where we don’t often go, over the fence at the side of the house.

Since I raised this they have been proactive and have offered a partial refund in light of these issues.

I would use them again in light of the issue resolution.

Ordered some cedar panels and the wrong length was delivered, however contacted company and spoke to Mark who was excellent and sorted issue out. Arranged for correct size to be delivered within 1 day and gave me an additional panel. Excellent customer service, dealt with the mistake quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use the company again.

Your website is very easy to use and the delivery was good and the driver very helpful.

I ordered some feather edge cladding, I wanted it pre-painted in black.

The price point was very good and delivery costs were very reasonable.

It arrived promptly and I’m really pleased with the quality, it’s well painted and as described.

What impressed me the most was the packing, it was shrunk wrapped but a layer of protective polythene was placed between the painted surfaces - I’ve received furniture that wasn’t packed that well!!

Definitely recommended and will use again.
