Ordered a fence and two posts via B&Q marketplace. Everything came quickly and was perfect on arrival. In the end I didn’t need the posts and so I contacted Timber Focus and they arranged a prompt collection and speedy refund. The customer service was great - particularly from Vicky who handled my queries quickly, with efficiency and was really pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

As a first time user, I am very impressed with Timber Focus, both their product (440m of Siberian Larch Decking) and service. Delivered to the other end of the country in less than a week and promptly by a very courteous driver. Beautiful product and competitively priced.

Made several different orders over the past 4 weeks and the team at Timberfocus have been fantastic - Andrew in Sales answered all of my emails promptly and resolved any questions before I placed the original order and 2 subsequent orders.

Had an a minor issue with my last order where the wrong length was sent by mistake and they could not be more helpful. A replacement order is being delivered on Monday - thanks to Nicola and Elliot.

The quality of the red cedar battens is excellent and we are really pleased with the result.

Would recommend timber focus everytime

I had Premium Black Stained External Featheredge Dutch cladding fitted to my new build in 2020. It was supposed to have an 8 year warranty. When the cladding exhibited fading ,knotting paint showing through and cracking in 2023 I contacted the com-pany.
They did communicate efficiently but the sales manager explained to me that the warranty does not cover any of the issues.I am not sure the warranty is of any use at all because it excludes anything that is likely to happen and includes onerous conditions for reporting annually as well as initial registration by the contactor who fitted it( mine has subsequently ceased trading)However they advertise it prominently in the sales literature as an insurance backed warranty.The only things it seems to cover is flaking off, the coating running and the fact it is washable as long as you don't use a pressure washer
I went for this particular product as they suggested I wouldn't need to recoat it for a good few years.It ended up needing it after 3.
I recognise I should have read the warranty small print but when these things are ordered through a contractor and reputable merchant(Travis Perkins in my case)it is to miss it.
I have added this now as I have been organising the recoating this spring.
