The sleigh bed we bought couldnt be more perfect. It arrived well packaged, even with damage to the outer box the items inside were well protected that there was no damage to these.

The bed was easy enough to put together with 2 of us. You would struggle on your own.

The quality of the bed is outstanding for the price and we couldnt be happier.

Great experience on the website,easy to use. Found what i was looking for. Comes in 4 major pieces which were fairly straightforward to assemble. I have the diy skills of a goldfish. The colour is geat, the same as inthe pictures. It's nice and heavy and now its together its rock soild and its a good looking bed.

Customer service is top notch. i had a problem with a one side frame and they immediately replaced both. Bed is sturdy and i’m enjoying it already. Unlike DFS who brags about quality but takes forever to produce your product

Communication from the time of order to a few days was very poor. Just an email confirming the order. No Communication for 4 weeks I had to keep on sending messages for up date. The bed itself is very nice and solid. I can't fault it. The lads who delivered the bed were very nice they put it in the bedroom upstairs which was very helpful.

Great experience from start to finish. Kept updated throughout and bed and mattress are fabulous!

Product was of good quality and exactly as described; the most best bed of the type I wanted that I could find at a price point I was happy with. A solid piece of furniture that I managed to assemble on my own. The ordering process was easy and I was updated regularly regarding progress of order fulfilment

I took the headboard out of the packaging and immediately knew it wasn't right for our master bedroom. What appeared to be a plush padded headboard online was basically hardboard with a thin layer of padding and material.

In their defence I don't think my expectations were correctly set for the price point of the bed.

On the positive side the delivery and subsequent collection for return was excellent with good communication and polite, helpful couriers. I would buy from them again, just be aware that you get what you pay for and c. £400 beds are not of a particularly high quality and comfort. Lesson learnt.
