Took them 4 months to deliver HALF of my order.

Terrible. They take days to reply and clearly avoid responses. Ordered back in December pre order socks supposed to ship in late Jan and a pair of puffy dumbbells. It’s April and I received the socks and no dumbbells 🙃 the dumbbells were never preordered so they’ve screwed up and sold off my dumbbells that were supposed to be shipped with the socks and guess what? They never even reached out to tell me the dumbbells won’t be shipped. I had to email them to ask where on earth they are to be told they are waiting on a shipment from them. They always lie or have terrible vendors so their ‘ estimated arrival’ is always so off. I told them I will take the flower dumbbells instead because I know I could be waiting months again. I told them this 5 days ago. No reply email yet telling me when these will be shipped. They could be very successful if they could ship things on time and actually respond to people. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. They clearly don’t learn from their mistakes. 4 months to receive half of my order

I placed an order in December and none of my items indicated that they were made to order or pre-order items. Either way, their website states those items will take 6-11 weeks to arrive. I'm at week 12 with out a response vía social media, email, nor the BBB. It is truly a shame, their customer service is all AI or none existent. They are quick to accept money but not to give care to their customers. My friend placed an order in November and paid $50 for shipping! They wanted to charge an additional $3.50 to ship an item that was ready instead of waiting to ship together after months on hold. Sadly so unprofessional and the poorest customer service I have witnessed. They need to focus on fulfillment with current orders rather than continuing to create or market new items. They are losing so many people who would've continued to purchase items and support them.

I’d like to help you all

I’d like to help you all! I had the same difficulties receiving my items but only delayed a month. This was possible by documenting a weekly email followed by a threat to report to the BBB within the next week with no movement. While it took a month to receive an I recommend going that route for anyone who’s still looking for their item. If they continue not to ship your item or don’t respond just report them to the BBB. Good luck everyone!

They’re a joke of a company (UPDATED REVIEW)

Updating my review.

My order was finally shipped and arrived last night, almost two and a half months after purchase. Upgrading my rating to two stars because the products are really good. Once I got the shipping notification (I was in talks with my bank to report the charge as unfulfilled), my order arrived super fast. What is still really disappointing and unprofessional is the lack of response and communication. Again, tripled check to see if my order was a pre-order and didn’t realize at first; it wasn’t a pre-order. At least respond to my emails letting me know it will take longer to ship!

I placed an order over a month ago and there has been absolutely no movement in the shipping status. I’ve checked several times, the item I ordered isn’t a “pre-order” item. Their message after purchase states 3-5 days to process the order. Lolz. As the other reviews state, my emails have gone unanswered, including DMs through their socials. For the amount of merchandise they advertise to sell, you would think they’d have better communications. An absolute joke of a company. Waiting for the alloted time to contact my bank so I can get my money back, because they’re clearly not going to issue a refund.

AI Customer Service

Echoing all the other poor reviews, I actually placed my order on November 1st and have only received a single plushy just yesterday (2/11). I ordered 2 plushies, 1 taser, and 1 home item (a light). I reached out to them December only for them to reveal that one of my items was actually pre-order and that it would arrive Dec and be shipped out January. The item that was preorder? The light. What has been sent? A plushy lol.

For other reviewers, just do a chargeback if you've waited longer than two months becuase I believe they're very deceptive regarding the shipment times.

Moreover, they're using Zendesk which is an AI email customer service company so when they do eventually contact you back, its a bot lol. It isn't even a good service because I've been spammed with their AI just copying and pasting my original email and replying to me (so far I have around 8 emails with either nothing or my email lol).

Update as of around Feb 20th: they still haven't responded to all my emails other than the AI sending me a screenshot of my prior emails. They FINALLY sent me a very confusing refund notification where it says I was refunded only $17 (of my $100 order), but i checked my bank account and since I already did a chargeback, they charged $17 for the singular plushy sent lmao. I asked for clarification and I got hit with 3 reply emails that are all blank 🤷‍♀️

I placed an order November 21

I placed an order November 21, 2025 it was pre-order, I had sent several emails in December for updates, finally got one after posting on their instagram, stating that I would get “biweekly emails with updates”. The only emails I seem to get are to go look at their items that they have for sale on their Instagram and website. I have now emailed three times over the last week and a half and yet again getting no response spent over $100 on my daughter for Christmas. The customer service is horrible and I am bringing to wonder if I will ever get my order or refunded.

Never shipped

I placed an order on January 12 2026, and today, January 26 2026, haven’t received any shipping label, only a confirmation email from the day i ordered. I also contacted their support and nobody responded. Horrible company, will never try to order again.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for “ready to ship” items that haven’t shipped. The business does not respond to DMs or emails and either deletes IG comments or replies to request a DM (which they then don’t respond to) to look engaged. Do NOT order from this business

I would give this 0 stars if I could

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This store has the worst customer service EVER if there’s any. They left my messages in seen at Instagram 3 times. I tried to contact them about my order that was made more than a month ago, but never got any response. I sent them multiple emails and they finally answered when I was asking for a refund. Please don’t make my mistake of ordering from this page. I’m really disappointed and it’s not only me. There are several customers commenting on their posts about their orders and they keep deleting comments instead of solving the issue.

No communication, faulty items

Ordered several items from them and received a faulty personal alarm; the pin fell out, which should be impossible without the alarm going off (the entire point of the device). I reached out on multiple platforms multiple times, and finally received one response asking for a video of the faulty item; I sent this, and then they ghosted me. I have a faulty item, and a business that doesn't communicate or care about efficacy of their items. Disappointing.

Made an order for a stun gun and other…

Made an order for a stun gun and other adorable merch, its been over a month now and still nothing has been shipped despite it not being a pre-order.
I contacted customer support, no response. Ive looked online and other people have had similar experiences, i saw one customer waited 18 months for an order, thats ridiculous.

Cant recommend them.
