Deceptive billing
Deceptive billing. I ordered 1 set of credits. Used 1 picture-not happy with picture- cancelled. Noel D said that because I used 1 credit the first month, they would not refund money for that month or the 2nd month I was just charged. Noel D said my account was now cancelled. It is now month 3 and my card was just charged again. Will be filling a fraud alert when bank opens. I have 3 months of unwanted charges, credits that’s are not used, and company is very difficult to contact. Beware! Edited: After my Trustpilot review-received email from company. This email said they really cancelled account this time and asked me to delete or edit my review. I replied that I would edit my review if my original request to cancel was honored. Company replied back and declined to honor first request to cancel.

Deceptive billing / Difficult to cancel
Most deceptive billing of any app I've ever used. Significantly more expensive than advertises. Didn't reply to my first request to cancel, letting another billing cycle transpire. App changes faces. ChapGPT is better and less than 20% of the cost.

This is such a great concept. Some results are hit or miss depend on baby positioning in the outcome photo/result. Overall about 80% of my results have been fantastic and very natural looking. My baby's face always matches well but something positioning in the photo could be better. The best outcomes are with natural/traditional photography options with baby in baskets, laying on side ect. All of those turned out fantastic for me!

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Pictures generate quickly. Sometimes it does not really look like my daughter though and I wish they would give more variations in photos so it can look like a photoshoot.

To improve the results, using a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo makes a big difference, and choosing styles that stay closer to the original look can help with likeness too.

Does not look like the child
Unfortunately, the pictures did not come out looking like the child in 90% of them. A few are passable. I understand it’s AI, but I expected better than this.
