Finnian Saved Me

Finnian really saved me today. I had purchased tickets during a manic episode and ended up in a bad financial situation as a result. I explained my special circumstances, and he said he'd talk to the box office ASAP. In less than 10 minutes, I received an email confirming a refund, and I started to cry. That's amazing service.

Impressed by TodayTix

TodayTix sent an email regarding a great one-off price for Opening night of a major musical I believe because I had applied for "Rush" tickets and was unsuccessful. I initially thought it was a scam, too good to be true but it was legitimate. I have always been impressed with Today Tix and this just proved it again.

I set up an alert for tickets I was not…

I set up an alert for tickets I was not alerted on time and then when I eventually got in the system would not allow me to put the number of tickets I wanted so therefore missed out. I then used the online chat and they were absolutely rubbish and did not offer to look into the system or even give any genuine apologies. Will never use this site again

We're sorry to hear this. If this was for Rush tickets, these become available at the same time each day and are first come, first served, so the limited availability moves quickly. We also apologise if the alert didn't reach you in time. The experience you had with our app is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're sorry we fell short on this occasion. HAD TO CANCEL TICKETS 3 HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW AS HUSBAND HAD A FALL HAVING TICKET PROTECTION TODAYTIX RESPONDED SO QUICKLY AND GAVE US CREDIT FOR A NEW SHOW ALL OUR FAMILY USE TODAYTIX AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DIAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE

I needed to cancel tickets and rebook…

I needed to cancel tickets and rebook for another day as a train strike. Did the chat option and was told I had not entered the code on checkout I was given to exchange my tickets for the new day. So was charged for 2 sets of tickets. As I had got in touch before 24 hour deadline to confirm tickets had been exchanged they without no questions cancelled my first set of tickets and issued a refund. Excellent customer service even though it was my fault.

My husband and I are elderly theater fans.

My husband and I are elderly theater lovers and for our 63rd anniversary I wanted to surprise him with tickets see Death of a Salesman that has received rave reviews.
Alas we no longer life in the city so I couldn’t go to the booth I relied on in Times Square twenty years ago.
However I found your web sight and ordered two matinee tickets for 4/29/26 yesterday and luckily add Ticket Protection to my purchase.
As fate will reign my husband had another episode of his heart condition.
I tried to navigate your on-line cancellation process to no avail.
I finally found Cheyenne in your customer support system. When I told her of my dilemma she immediately took action with compassion, empathy and understanding.
She not only processed my refund but took the next step and wished us well and offered
sincere thoughts for wellness.
The world needs more Cheyenne and you are a very fortunate company to have someone of her quality and compassion who takes the next step and cares about your customers.
I can’t thank her enough.

TodayTix has terrible customer service

TodayTix has terrible customer service. They make it extremely difficult to obtain your ticket, even after paying a large amount of money for the event. If you do not download their app you cannot obtain the ticket until 24 hours before the event, even if you bought the ticket months in advance. It is all a way to pressure people to use their app. I have been attending theater and cultural events in NYC for over 30 years and have never had as negative an experience with any ticket purchase or any related company as my experience with TodayTix.

I was so impressed with how TodayTix handled my problem. I am so glad I use TodayTix for purchasing tickets . My problem was resolved quickly and with understanding.

It was the first time to book tix…

It was the first time to book tix tickets and I panicked slightly because I could not access the bar codes. However Alex and Finnian were very helpful and I am very grateful for their support. Thankyou so much. I’ll recommend others to Tix . We do however have tickets very high up in the theatre. Perhaps next time I can arrange to be closer to the stage. Many thanks Jane

I ve lost 20% of the payment but luckly!! te 80% was refund

Great app and helpful staff

I have used this app for years and have had a great experience. Before the last play I saw, the venue changed seats after I had booked which ended up being a worse view, so Sam at todaytix sent me a voucher for half of what I paid for the tickets. Highly recommend.

Total scam - avoid.

Do not use ! Absolute scam .. chose my seats on the seating plan when booking then as soon as I paid tebbassigned seats we not the one nes I paid for , I didn’t realise until arriving. The worst seats that would have been cheaper directly on the theatre website .. absolute scammers avoid at all costs
