I’ve ordered from this company several times before and, as I run a campsite, I’ve always found them helpful and easy to deal with. This time, in particular, the customer service from Lewis was absolutely brilliant.
I ordered a siphon which unfortunately didn’t fit. Lewis helped me via WhatsApp, and I was able to send photographs of the parts back and forwards so he could see exactly what I needed and help me order the correct one. This made the whole process so much easier.
I did have to pay to return the original item, but as soon as they received it, my refund was processed very quickly. Lewis was extremely helpful throughout and made sure I ended up with the right part.
Being able to contact someone personally on WhatsApp and send photographs was particularly useful and made resolving the issue easier. A really good experience overall, and a special thank you to Lewis for being so helpful and going the extra mile.

RIPOFF AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor quality replacement Derwent syphon supplied which lasted just 10 weeks before it fell apart. Previous one lasted 17 years! Tracked them back down, couldn't find any address, phoned them and there was no reply. So I sent them an email. Four days later no response. There are only a few companies supplying Derwent syphons and I clearly chose the wrong one!
NB; This company is part of York and Young Ltd., a bathroom shop in Liverpool. If they don't answer the phone or emails at ToiletSpareParts, get on the phone to York and Young Ltd.............

Do not use. Placed order, nothing received. Nobody answers phone or emails. Obviously a fake company.

Placed an Order on 2nd Jan, had a response EMail confirming order. NOTHING has happened since. No telephone number. Have not replied to two EMails asking what is going on, when to get delivery.
Cancelled order, now wating to see whether they will issue a full refund.
Save yourself time and wasting money, go elsewhere.
