No confirmation of order, and no response from contact form. It is unclear if the product has been shipped or even if it is going to arrive ? Starting to wonder if this is a scam ...
After the first complaint I sent out I have sense ordered the same products from other suppliers and have received both, 1 order was placed 2 days after my original order with toki and it was from China which I received 7 days after the order was placed and they indicated in the original order that it could be received as late as June. Also noticed that the reviews that support this company is mainly from 2 people only with multiple review on in the initial review gave a very negative review and then 10 or 11 4 to 5 stars fishy if you as me. I also asked for for refund on parts that have never been shipped
My items never arrived with me - they keep alledging Hermes delivering it, despite me being home all the time as I work from home! I'm so upset as I paid a fair bit of money for these replacement bowls but instead of them actually taking it up with Hermes they're blaming me!
I ordered from Toki as another supplier let me down.
I contacted them to double check the items were in stock and to confirm a delivery date,
They delivered on time and kept me in the loop all the way.
Great company, will use again
Very good service from Toki as I did have a slight initial problem with the Pifco heater and I had to phone them to resolve it.
It has since proved invaluable in the last two weeks of very cold weather and is excellent value for money.
Good price but the delivery time for one small item, for which I paid the postage, took 8 days from placing the order. Tried phoning them several times and their phone rang a few times and kept cutting off.

I'm sorry that it took longer than expected for you to receive your order. From what I can gather there was a stock issue with the product in question which is why there was a delay. We endeavour to ship orders by the next working day but on this occasion this was not possible.
LED's were at a great price and they certainly do the job as described. Still going strong.
