Disappointing Experience at Papa Dino's
We've been loyal customers of Papa Dino's due to their great food, but unfortunately, the service has consistently fallen short. Despite our frequent orders, the family workers and staff have been consistently rude to us.
In contrast, Larosas offers similar tasting food with a more corporate and professional approach. As a larger chain, Larosas is held to a higher standard of accountability, ensuring a more consistent and respectful customer experience.
Papa Dino's, on the other hand, seems to operate without this accountability, allowing their poor service to go unchecked. As someone who typically supports small businesses, it's disappointing to see Papa Dino's prioritize their own behavior over customer satisfaction.
Until they improve their customer service, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
