I specifically ordered a 220cm rod bag for a two piece beach caster. On arrival I received a 160cm bag, I rang the shop immediately, they took my name and number promising to call back that day, anyway several days later and no phone call the only way they communicated was email, and only in reply to mine, they sent me a return label code and said they were checking their stock for the original order.
Once again I had to email them as no communication to receive an email ‘ refund issued’ yet their site is still selling the item I ordered.
They replied saying they could not get the item from the supplier, which is confusing as I have just been on the ‘supplier’ webpage and ordered one.
Poor customer service, and I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund ! In an era of instant transfers.
Not holding my breath on that one.

I ordered bearings for a reel. Ordered on a Friday having been informed it was next day delivery, expected it on Monday. Had to send a couple of emails to chase it up. However I did get an apology and the bearings were all good. Will be using the company again.

Great communication and fast shipping! But, I was not aware of or advised of the added fee, don't know if imposed by UK or US, it should be declared before the transaction. Also, a small issue with the reel that I will have to deal with as I'm not about to go back into the hassle of international shipping. Order took 2 weeks to arrive.
