The order was placed on Saturday evening, and as our shop is closed on Sundays, it was shipped first thing Monday morning when we reopened. Once an order is in transit, delivery timelines are handled by the selected courier.

I order the old model of dewalt drywall drill, you guys send me the new model of drywall drill which I dont like because it doesn't last much. they always break. I had 2 in 4 years they stop working properly after 2 years. But anyway I will keep ordering from here im surprise of shipping time so fast the tool i purchase work perfectly i hope it will last long time just next time if you guys have something out of stock call me and I can wait until you guy have it in stock or I can get a refund thank you! Not big deal dont worry

We want to clarify that the model you ordered, the DCF630B, is currently the only version available, as the previous model has been discontinued by the manufacturer. That said, we completely understand your preference and your feedback regarding durability, and it’s something we take seriously.

Your note about communication is very fair, and we agree. When an item is unavailable or discontinued, we should always reach out first to give customers the option to wait or receive a refund. We’ll be improving that process moving forward.

I looked for an epoxy product online, called the guys at the store who took the time to describe the product to me and make a recommendation for my application. I then immediately placed the order online, at 330 on Tuesday, and it arrived to my door the next day at noon. I live north of Kingston. Excellent product, great customer service and perfectly expedient shipping.
