I never had a bad experience with them. Always helped me with whatever I needed.

I had originally given an unfavorable review due to great difficulty in purchasing and shipping to a different address. The were quick to respond and found an alternative resolution to allow our order to process. For this reason I am changing my 1 start review to a 4 star review.

I ordered a circular saw and then found a lower price with faster FREE shipping. I contacted this company twice by email and also left a voicemail cancelling the order prior to shipment.

Tools plus shipped the tool anyway and now want a return shipping fee on the item. How hard is it to return a phone call or respond to an email?

1st email went out Wed, May 1, 2:33 AM ... 2nd follow up email was on Wed, May 1, 4:33 PM. Like I said, checking your email isn't hard.

I ordered a $500 Plus skil saw from these folks Friday evening, and come the following Wednesday I got an email stating that it would be three to four weeks/on back order. When I emailed the company, the answer I received was that the site stated that it was on back order, and that it was my fault. ERGGGG. I then got on the site, and sure enough it said it now... I waited patiently for 5 days, only to be lied to.

At least they didn't hesitate refunding me.

I've shopped at their physical store, and I've also ordered things online from here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I call in. My most recent order for a generator shipped quite quickly and arrived on time. Good place

I found Tools Plus.com when searching for a Milwaukee hedge trimmer on Google. My Dad just moved to Florida and needed one. Never dealt with Tools Plus before. I had a question about older battery compatibility so I called them. Spoke with Debbie. She was super nice and got me to someone at the company who explained the battery differences. Super helpful. 2 days after ordering I got the package in mint condition. My Dad will be stoked. I will be shopping at Tools Plus again in the future.

The ordering process was easy and simple. I was abke to use paypal to checkout so no need to go dashing off to find my wallet. I recieved a tracking number promptly and my item arrived in just a few days. Absolutely no complaints.
