Having provided a ‘Seller’s Review’ last week it’s now time for me to give my perspective on buying from Charles and his team at Top555….

Let’s start with sourcing….As Charles and I completed the paperwork for my Aventurine Green 911 GTS, the conversation turned to what I was looking for to replace it (and my current daily)….I said a ‘very high spec M3 Touring’ and Charles said he’d investigate….within 48 hours he had found exactly what I wanted! At a price to me that reflected my impatience for build slots AND the showroom fresh depreciation!

He had personally seen the car, and with just 600 miles on the clock it was an easy decision….to say that I was impressed was an understatement and I ceased my discussions with a BMW dealer regards a build slot.

And so to the ‘buying’……

As easy as the selling! I gave Charles a deposit and the car was mine. The car was collected by Top555 on a trailer and Charles sent me pics when it arrived. I opted to have it ceramic coated and Top555’s accredited team set to work on that….and unlike previous occasions when I’ve had dealers apply coatings, Charles sent me pics of progress…Tease!

On collection day I was time pressured which Charles acknowledged as I politely declined the full ‘how it works’ handover - sorry Charles! So it was all done in just 30 minutes including a browse around the amazing cars awaiting their next owners.

The car was superbly prepared, well done to the in-house Gtechniq team, the reveal was filmed, and I drove away very happy.

Wish that this company was in Scotland!
I would visit it more regularly and salivate over their stock .
Might not be the cheapest cars on the net but must be the best …
Each car is presented immaculately and could be confused with being new .
My purchase was amazing from initial point of contact to pick up .
Dan gave me a VIP tour and welcomed me into the TOP555
Family.

Five star treatment from Mike and Top555. From start to finish it was such a great buying experience. The car was perfect having driven 330 miles from home to collect it. Greeted with a lovely coffee on arrival. Great handover with some lovely pictures. Nice little touches as in my cherished registration plates were already made without even asking and placed in the boot. . A nice thank you card found in the glovebox. The way Top 555 prepare all of their cars is second to none. The time, effort, and skill they employ on each vehicle is outstanding - every car looks brand new! They are the best in the business.

I spotted the very car I had been looking for in a national add. It was 340 miles south of where I live, at Top555. Never heard of the company etc, so I did my due diligence. Found raving 5 star reviews wherever I searched. On that basis I called. A very positive & constructove conversation with Dan & I secured the Audi.

A week later I was on a 700 mile round road trip, where on turning into their garage, I knew my decision was spot on!!

Spotless showroom, immaculate cars & totally professional service from Dan. As for the car I bought, ive never seen a car machine polished so good. So much so they put Audi themselves to shame!!

We have dealt with a purchase and trade in unsighted which may be considered foolhardy but the mutual trust which quickly developed made the transaction a seamless, thoroughly enjoyable experience. The car details & knowledge provided by Dan was just superb.
The joy for me was a lack high pressure sales frustrating at times I am sure for Dan who was very patient & totally considerate.
The preparation of the car I purchased was at such a level the car may have been arrived straight from the factory. The exacting attention to detail was incredible and to sum up even my cherised number plate was prepared,pre drilled & sticky taped ready for when the new V5 comes through.
