The Delivery Date of the Table was sooner than first thought, which was Fabulous. The Delivery guys were Fantastic, I was caught up on phone trying to sort something out but they were friendly and helpful and called me with expected delivery time.. Well Done all round x

Guys were very helpful and efficient. We had an issue getting the item into the house but this was quickly resolved. They also carried the item upstairs to where I wanted it. Very happy overall.

The colleagues who answer the phone are helpful and amenable.
The delivery guys Scott and Macaulay were polite, friendly , very careful transporting goods upstairs, they had messaged me 10 minutes before delivery…….overall it was a positive experience.

I am only commenting on the delivery, as I haven't unpacked the bed yet! Rob & Tony were great, really efficient and even gave me advice on assembling the bed! They did turn up a shade too early - 0635 ( expected at 0700) but that's better than waiting all day for a delivery that never comes!

I would recommend the company to my friends and family. The oak bar stools design was just what I wanted. They are good quality.
The wrong stools were delivered initially. I emailed and the response was fast and sorted immediately. Communication on delivery was good and was kept updated. Thanks Ethan, Andy, and Scott

Easy to order and we were kept informed about delivery. When the delivery team were near us they rang to give us an ETA. Second time of buying from Tops furniture and would not hesitate to buy again and would definitely recommend them.
