I had a problem with the projector, but the problem was solved by customer support which gives the company good vibes.

I have ordered a projector for gift and unfortunately the remote control arrived broken, so projector was unusable for 2 months while we were waiting for a replacement remote. The customer support was very nice, responsive, prompt, polite and overall provided a good service. They agreed to ship a replacement remote from China and provided a 10€ refund for the inconvenience which was very nice. However, after we agreed on the remote replacement there was a 3 weeks silence and when I followed up I learned that "due to the holiday period, there has been a slight delay in the carrier's pickup schedule" and they sent it after my follow up, so I feel as I was forgotten for the time as 3 weeks holiday are unlikely a reason. But I am more than satisfied with the overall experience as the customer support was great and the projector works as expected now. The lens got a few scratches in the very first day (I am almost sure we only used the cleaning kit from the box), but the image quality is good, brightness is good as well to even watch a bit during the day. I would give a 4,5 star because of the situation with the remote but overall I'm happy with the product and support⭐

After a power problem was rectified with customer support it was found to be my problem the projector performs well. Thank you for your follow up and patience.

Toptro is PHENOMENAL!!!! So I went to clean my projector and followed the instructions only for the projector to start smearing and looking worse. Easily Toptro took the time to understand the issue and even sent me a brand new projector free of charge. Toptro are true GOATS in customer service and the quality of their product is AMAZING!!!

Overall, we were satisfied with the projector until we tried to get Prime. Major runaround and when we finally got Prime and tried to watch a movie the projector froze. Inbuilt app doesn't work. Also no customer service whatsoever.

I bring it everywhere I can and its super easy to start it and watch my favorite movies instantly.

The customer service is also great, I've never any issue with my projector yet since 1.5 years and I'm using it every week.

I totally recommend this brand and I will continue to support them by buying another model in the future.

Had my first issue with my x9 that I had for a couple years. I contacted them and after some troubleshooting they figured it out, sent a link with a patch to download and it did the trick. Great tech savvy crew at Toptro. I tried a few different brands for a second projector and came right back to toptro with a X9 pro, I really enjoy the X9 but this one is a game changer with the VIDAA interface. Keep it up, going to be a lifer at Toptro.

I contacted Toptro customer service and I recieved a response almost right away. The communication was really kind and helpful from the people at Toptro and they went over and above to help me with my issue. I purchased a a toptro B1 projector and found it really good, as could connect to services like Netflix directly with it. It was good value for money. Again I want to thank people at customer service who have helped me with my issue(I lost remote and wanted to purchase a replacement) but despite being my issue they helped and were kind.

We love our projector, easy to set up and use. After almost a year and half, we had some issues with our unit. We contacted Toptro and they sent us a replacement. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Toptro, a company that stands behind their products and provides such great customer service is hard to find.

J’ai acheté plusieurs rétroprojecteurs chez TOPTRO et je ne peux que souligner leur grand sérieux ainsi que leur professionnalisme. Les produits sont d'une excellente qualité, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est leur service après-vente.

Contrairement aux grandes marques qui cherchent souvent à « noyer le poisson » ou à faire traîner les choses au moindre problème, le SAV de TOPTRO fait preuve d'une réactivité exemplaire. À la moindre interrogation ou au moindre souci, ils trouvent une solution très rapidement, avec une efficacité qui dépasse largement celle des acteurs majeurs du marché.

Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. C'est une marque de confiance : je recommande à 1000 % et je repasserai commande chez eux sans hésiter !

I have recently lost my remote to my projector. I emailed their service department and they were very responsive getting back to me within 24 hours or less. They were very pleasant to speak with, and did offer me a solution of removing a remote from another unit to send to me but then that would make the that unit unable to be sold as new. I have worked in retail for the last several years and even though we did the same thing, removing pieces to accommodate the customer, that costed us the entire amount of the product that we could not sell. I did tell them that I didn't want them to do that so they don't lose money. The projector is the model A1 and its been a great projector. I have no issues with it. I recommend giving them a try.

My projector developed a fault and stopped working, I contacted support thinking I'd be out of luck, however I got nothing only the finest example of how to treat a customer and within a few days got a replacement unit.. Thank you

Great projector followed up with phenomenal customer service. Misplaced our remote and reached out to customer service. I fully assumed my email would go unanswered BUT NOPE! They responded very quickly and co tinged to correspond with me until a remote was available. They followed up to ensure the remote arrived and worked! Work absolutely recommend any product by Toptro just solely based on their customer service.

The Toptro projector I purchased is an amazing device
I was able to connect to the internet via the built in wifi
and stream movies like on Amazon prime. The sound is also very good for such a small unit. Very pleased with
my purchase

Gotta say I'm absolutely amazed with the customer service of toptro, had an issue with a projector I sent back as I confused short throw and before sending emailed toptro for advice... They were very prompt with advice and they seemed really genuinely concerned for me, that really struck me right away as amazing. Unfortunately had to send back but a few days later the aftercare from customer services was absolutely amazing, they contacted me with a genuous concern and follow up .. I haven't seen customer service to this level since the 80's if honest, society has changed for the worse but toptro have really restored my faith in how some companies still run today, thought they didn't exist anymore.

Without a doubt, toptro will be my go to for a budget projectors (and they do have higher spec models) their projectors work better than more expensive models if honest, I've been stunned by the specs on the newer toptro A1... Flawless service, brilliant projectors and the after care for any issues are dealt with promptly is simply refreshingly amazing.....very professional and friendly 😍
