Babs and team were so patient with my son who has sensory processing differences and was finding the experience overwhelming and distressing. Babs guided us, helped us problem solve and calmly supported us both. The whole team were kind and patient to myself too as the parent who was trying to support her son, especially when adjustments were needed. Thankyou all so much

I've used Total for my school uniforms from reception through to sixth form for 2 of my children and with 2 more to go. Summer holidays are always busy, all of the staff do their very best to ensure our children are fully kitted out!
Be mindful of guaranteed delivery dates in the summer holidays to avoid disappointment for the start of autumn term.
Barb has gone above and beyond for an item I had been late in purchasing. (waiting for Exam results). Item ordered and although it won't be here before the start of term, Barb found us in her sale rail a size close enough to see him through until ours arrives. Thank you Barb xx
Total are busy through the summer holidays, with the final 10 days before term starts increasing massively. They have adequate parking, staff are always polite and happy to get what you need.

We had an easy, stress-free trip to total clothing. Carol helped us & couldn't have been more helpful with guidance on what to get & helping with sizing. Came out with uniform for two difficult schools.

Outstanding customer service over the phone from staff member Presley. I had sent back a PE training top but the smaller size had not been processed and sent out. Was told that it was a glitch in the system and that somebody would ring me back in the next few days to sort it out. Instead, Presley found the order, corrected it and then phoned me back within 10 minutes to say the new top was on its way with an email confirmation. The young man is a credit to your company.

Ryan was the person who helped us with our shopping today. He was absolutely brilliant - he knew exactly what my children needed for the next year of King's school. He was very patient as my son tried on different sizes until we found the right one. At the checkout Ryan was very thorough making sure all the items were correct. I went shopping with my daughter for year 10 school uniform and I have to say it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! As soon as we arrived we were asked what school we needed and every item we needed was catered for and the perfect sizing recommended for my daughter. This was overall a great experience from start to finish!

Our uniform order arrived very quickly and was great quality aside to a faulty tie. However, this was very quickly remedied by Presley, who after a couple of pictures of the fault, arranged for a new one to be sent. The customer service received was brilliant and I cannot fault it. Presley was extremely prompt and helpful.
