Criminal Selling this Product.

I would give it no stars however not allowed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and if you complain about the total inefficiency of this cooler DO NOT expect an answer, they have your money and are no longer interested. They are selling these coolers under misrepresentation and once I am home from the trip I bought it for will we be taking it to Trading Standards

There was great customer service before I bought the products. My powerbank had a defect & Totalcool couldn't have been more efficient in resolving it. The manuals are a bit basic but if you call them, they are extremely helpful

Bought a total cool 55 box. Did not use for a year but when I tried it this year it would not cool. As we were close to the UK depot we dropped off said box which unfortunately was faulty. They replaced without question. We have also bought the Total Cool Power pack 1500. This is fab to keep the freezer going. Great products and a fabulous company to deal with. Thanks Total Cool

Wir hatten den Totalcool 3000 bestellt, in der Annahme es wäre günstiger, weil direkt vom Hersteller. Wir bekamen einen erneuerten.
Ich schrieb den Kundenservice an, dieser stellte uns ein neues Gerät, gegen einen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. On top wurde das neue Gerät in einem größeren Karton geliefert, inklusive Rücksendeetikett. Mehr Kundenservice geht nicht. Danke

Had an issue with the main PCB on the Totalcool 3000, i returned this after 1 year not in the original box, the unit arrived back with me 3 days after i posted this with a new PCB in, now works with no problems.
Excellent after service

Bought a Totalcool 3000 after returning from a very hot road trip around Europe. Description says can reduce air temperature by 45%, this is absolutely false, left my unit in our small VW camper with refrigerated water and a frozen ice block in it, checked after half an hour and a full hour and the temperature was unchanged and the ice block had defroster. This is a pile of junk which I am surprised has not been brought before trading standards for its claims and description which is totally false. Don’t waste your money.

I have no idea why people give this product a bad review
If you are expecting it to be an aircon unit and cool your whole van it doesn’t
If you want to sleep well with the airflow directed onto you it’s a game changer
I am not exaggerating when I say we would have had to cut our Spanish holiday short if we didn’t have it
100% recommended

Bought the Coolbox 15 which looks absolutely fine (Haven't tested it yet)
But worth noting the 2 year warranty is not worth the paper its written on as you have to keep all the packaging it arrives in.
Just wondering how many people will save a large cardboard box and the plastic wrapping for two years just in case something goes wrong with the coolbox.

We hebben op de vakantiebeurs in januari de TotalCool 3000 luchtkoeler aangeschaft voor veel geld.Dit blijkt een gigantische miskoop. We staan nu in Kroatië op de camping en de koeler heeft in onze caravan een koelbereik vsn hooguit 10 centimeter. Wat een vreselijke miskoop is dit.

I needed it for my very small cutting room at home 3.2 m x 2.1 m
I was assured that the unit would drop the temperature by up to 45%
Absolutely false. I ran it with very cold water and even added ice cubes.
Digital thermometer went from 22deg to 21.9deg over 4 hours of it on max setting.
A huge amount of money for something that is just a fan dressed up as something which it isn’t.
Save your money and give it a miss.

Bought from Totalcool after being at the Caravan Show Glasgow. Decided later to buy one of their air coolers as we were traveling (with our caravan) abroad, with our dog. Our local caravan shop had been using one of the Totalcool air coolers last summer to cool their (sunny) display area and had also recommended Totalcool. Bought and paid via mobile from a very nice woman called Linda, who got our air cooler delivered to our door very quickly (as we were heading off on our travels on the same week). Unfortunately not used it yet we had unexpectly bad weather... but keeping fingers crossed for next time, as is our dog (keeping her paws crossed).
