Like many others I ordered a pair of trainers but never received them. I have sent many messages but had no reply.

I ordered work boots on 12/08/2025 and haven’t heard a thing about them sent 3 e-mails no reply like nearly everyone says stay clear of this company I have a number to track them but can’t find how to track them

I ordered a pair of trainers on August 10, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups with the company, the items have not yet arrived. I am disappointed by the lack of response from their customer service team, despite attempts to contact them via email and phone. At this stage, I am considering escalating the matter to the ombudsman due to the unsatisfactory level of service.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered 3x pairs of shoes in May 2025 (2x Size 9’s & 1x size 11).

All 3 pairs sizes were incorrect (size 7 on the shoe etc.) The customer service team said I was unable to return the incorrect shoes and offered a voucher off my next order.

After battling this, they did agree to send replacement shoes… fast forward over 3 months, I’m still waiting for the replacement shoes to be delivered.

I have now sent 18 emails, website contact forms and Instagram messages, yet no reply.

I can’t believe how I (the customer) has been treated.

I’m still waiting for my replacement shoes to be delivered….. I hope a member of their team reaches out and corrects this issue for me.

I wound NEVER order from this company again.

Had a problem with the sizing but solved it immediately. thanks to the great customer service

The trainers I ordered off this company stated there were size 13 when I got them they said 13 on the shoe but they were more like size 11 the company will not refund or exchange them as they say I ordered the correct size bring the UK 13 is 13 not 11 stay away from this company their customer service is disgusting. I will never try to this company again.
