I contacted this company for a small replacement part for my Tow-Trust tow-bar and the service and speed of response provided by them (Laura) was just brilliant. Very helpful and prompt service.

Friendly helpful staff. I ordered a 8mm bumper guard at 11.35am and picked it up at 12.25pm. The 8mm guard will be worth every penny as my bumper is safe when I am hitching up

Removable swan neck tow bar
After a problem with our removable swan neck tow bar, my wife and I visited Tow-Trust in Atherstone with the issue . . What a team and company, Luke and three others grunted, groaned and after a couple of hours fixed the problem we have had for a couple of years . .
Thanks guys and what a fantasic job . .

Brilliant speed of response/service
I sent an enquiry via there website and within two minutes had a call back from a lovely sales person, who completed the purchase within seconds. Fastest resolution to a problem I have ever had!!

Long story short
Had a Tow trust towbar fitted and picked up new caravan but forgot to uncouple the safety wire this broke the release knob.spoke to Tow trust direct and arrange to visit the factory and release the damaged Towbar replace damaged parts all at no cost there are still some good companies out there not wanting to fleece you would definitely recommend them on there quality and service. And a big thankyou to Luke for his help.
