I Don't know if I have been unlucky,but this Dc710 failed after using it about 6 times first year, brought back to tpi and paid for it to be serviced, Got it back used it a couple of times,and it failed again,rang technical support,they said sensor must have dried out, And to send it for a service could not be bothered too fail twice in 18 months of low use is ridiculous and having to rebook work ,I cannot recommend, this device Just paid to get my kane calibrated it is more expensive but kane have never let me down, I loved the tpi app I loved the 620 manometer , such a shame really wanted the Dc710 to be my go to machine

The O₂ sensor died right at the 18-month mark, right in the middle of furnace season. Now I’m stuck paying for frequent calibrations and sensor swaps while the unit itself is barely two years old. The 2-year sensor warranty is basically a joke. Save your money and buy a Testo or Seitron instead — at least those sensors actually last. Worst part? The same guy was pretending he wasn’t a salesman while pushing this junk on students. Do not buy

I have had my Tpi 710 for over a year now along with the engineers pack. I can’t fault it. I really love the fact that any readings are stored digitally and I don’t have to remember them. I also like the location tagging.
The manometer is really useful too.
The gas analyzer's user-friendliness and the ability to access all readings on my mobile device were exceptional. Subsequently, as I began instructing gas technology at a college, I discovered the invaluable feature of screen mirroring my phone to a television, enabling all students to view the data clearly. This product is truly remarkable and offers excellent value; I highly recommend it.

I bought the DC710 to replace my aging analyser, thinking the Bluetooth connectivity would be a plus. Big mistake. The temperature (K-type) probe socket on mine gradually loosened — the nuts that hold it to the circuit board came unscrewed after a few months of field use. I had to open it and re-tighten internally just to get a stable reading. (A user on Reddit reported the same issue.) 
On top of that, because there’s no screen on the unit itself, you’re forced to rely 100% on the smartphone app. That means if your phone battery dies, or the app freezes, you’re dead in the water. The app itself isn’t polished — it works, but it’s clunky and occasionally lags when switching job data.
Finally, sensor reliability is a concern. I had to send mine in twice under warranty for O₂/CO sensor failures within the first year. For a tool you depend on daily in the field, that’s unacceptable.
JUST STAY AWAY!
If anyone gives a good review on this awful product they’re being sponsored.

Had issues with the tpi711. Co reading in fresh air
Sales rep meets me with new machine. And yet, it had the same issue.
Long story short, I got a refund from the supplier and got another manufacturer one.

Bought TPI 725L gas sniffer from Screwfix in February(brilliant piece of kit), had problem with it stopping sensing combustible gas on Tuesday, got round to contacting them on Thursday late afternoon/early evening, couldn’t get through on phone so left message expecting to be ignored like most companies in this day and age do, got call back within 5mins from lovely lady called Leanne, she asked couple of questions and a simple email letter & within 2 days brand new replacement. Absolutely fantastic customer service, no awkward conversation or any argument just excellent customer service and a replacement, makes a real refreshing change. Praise were praise is due I’m extremely happy and am very likely to purchase more TPI equipment because of it, thank you for a pleasant and professional experience

Had less than 12 months cost me over £200 in repair cost so much for 12 years warranty they will blame it on moisture every time . I would not use this company ever again pay cheap pay twice
Just bought the DC711 analyser from another supplier. Had a minor issue with it not turning off. Emailed the technical on a Friday evening expecting a answer on the Monday. Not only did they email back after 20:00 on the same Friday eveing but they have also taken the time provide advice and help with providing a copy of the calibration certificate and happy to say the unit appears to be behaving. I really can't express how impressed I am with the customer and technical service. Amazing service from Peter and his team. Can't recommend them enough, it's nice to know when your on site you have the technical backup.

I have many bits of TPI equipment including dc710, manometer, gas sniffer, smart manometer, smart temp gauge and an electrical tester.
The service has been fantastic from ordering, yearly calibration and repairs. Unfortunately with this equipment sometimes things go wrong I’ve phoned tech 2/3 times (twice user error) and finally this week an issue, Luckily Ken on the tech phone answered quickly ran through some checks and we decided it needed to come in, quick and simple to book on the portal!
Posted Monday morning and had it back repaired and working by lunchtime on Wednesday thats impressive.
My dc710 has had its first and stress free service, again easy to arrange, quick turn around and priced exactly like i was told it would be.
I also made a mistake when ordering the electrical tester and forgot to order the very inexpensive probe adapter (my fault) but like others mentioned it was £10 delivery, quick call to customer service to ask if there was a cheaper (envelope) option to be told don’t worry we’ll send them out to you F.O.C. Even after me offering to pay for both postage and the adapters they refused and the adapters were there next day.

Sent my DC710 for annual calibration on Friday afternoon, they would have received it on Monday. It was back in my hands Wednesday morning. Absolutely superb.

Just sent my Dc710 analyser off for calibration, a simple transaction! Done via the Tpi view app. And received it back within 4 days!! 4 days! Very reasonably priced and outstanding customer service whenever I’ve enquired about a product. I’ll be a customer for life.

I've been using the DC710 analyser and SP620 manometer for a couple of months now and am incredibly impressed. For the price point both units perform exceptionally well, the app is brilliant and helps save so much time on jobs whilst also looking professional with the ability to send reports direct to customers, the GPS location on the reports is a great feature for both tightness tests and FGAs. TPI have been extremely helpful with any questions I've had whilst navigating the app and equipment. Great product and service all round!

Not very helpful customer support unfortunately when we expressed the disappointment of a unit we had that keep malfunctioning which have been causing is a whole load of inconvenience using the unit. The TPI team have made their return / service repair process not to straight forward for one. And there is a ridiculous charge Which will deters any busy trade people that relay on reliable functioning tools We will be going back to the brand that serves with loyalty.

The analysers are ok but if need any parts, they are ridiculously priced. I have just ben charged £30 plus £10 postage for 2 plastic filters and a 10 pack of paper filters. This is absoultely absurd. You could have put these filters in an envelope and mailed it for £2 at the most. Doesnt matter which company you choose, these analysers are a total rip off!
