Not as smooth as promised
Placing the order was easy and my track was delivered faster than estimated initially.
I've ordered the more expensive one with wheels that was supposed to be very smooth. That's where the problem is. It is not smooth at all. When I pull the cord, the plastic bracket on the wall looks like it's barely hanging in there. You'll need two strong hands to operate it. This is a track bent by the into shape and no one advised me it will be so hard to operate. I don't think they could've done a better job, it's just how it works with bay windows, that's why I didn't bother returning the product, but think twice before you spend on this track more then you spend on the curtains

The Silent Gliss is a very nice rail
The Silent Gliss is a very nice curtain rail. My very heavy curtains, which struggled on the previous rail, now open and close easily. Fixing the rail to the universal fixings was easy for the straight rail we bought for a bedroom, but more challenging for the bay window, Still, with a lot of perseverance, we managed it. Even with very precise measuring of the bay for the makers, you are never going to get a perfect fit, so be extra vigilant if you are ordering for a bay window. All in all, thank you Tracks-Direct.

They are very good to deal with but…
They are very good to deal with but have a problem with invoices. I do not understand why it takes so long for some companies to raise invoices when so many do it instantly.

Great product
Great product, carefully packaged so as not to get damaged in the mail, fitted my bay window perfectly. Nothing bad to say about it.
The only letdown was it was ordered on 4 December 2025, promised for delivery on the 18 December after which the delivery date was changed twice and product was not received until 30 December.

Beautifully made curtain rail to fit into a bay window
We provided the dimensions for out bay window, and received back a perfectly made drawstring curtain rail. They communicated throughout and the quality is excellent. Well worth the cost.

Great customer care, excellent product
Great service overall. Good product - it's really helpful to be able to get a rail that's an exact fit.
Also, there were a couple of issues with the courier and the product that was delivered originally. These were sorted out very quickly with no fuss.

This is the best company I have ever dealt and would give them 6/5 if I could.
Their customer care is exceptional, we ordered a heavy curtain track from them and were dismayed when it seemed not to fit. Tracks Direct staff were a pleasure to deal with and organised their expert fitter, also very helpful to visit and fix the problem at no extra cost. Great service -nice people to deal with.

Disappointing
Ordered track Wednesday, advised would be shipped on following Monday..phoned Tuesday afternoon advised been delay and getting shipped immediately. Phoned Thursday lovely girl on phone apologised and advised just been shipped. Finally arrived on Friday pm. Really happy with track..but you need to get your act together!

Will not be using this company again
Spent well over £800 on a curtain track at the end of last month. It's now the 23rd and they've still not got it right. First they never acknowledged my order. Then when they said they would deliver it, they didn't. I had to get in touch with them before they gave me another date. They didn't provide any tracking information. When it arrived part of it was wrong...
The saga just goes on.
I've been generous and given 2 stars instead of 1 because I think the main part of the order is right. Of course I've not been able to test this yet.

Good but not cheap

Arrived in reasonable time in long tube.
Bit sticky when shutting the curtains, had expected smoother traction.
Good service to offer lubricating spray following initial review. We will see if it works.
