THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS for trademark services. They charge you for multiple classes but file only for one. You never get the trademark because the office has its email and fake "attorney" flagged. I should have known it was a scam when they kept on trying to add on additional monitoring services. Every time I tried to get an update, they would direct me to the US trademark website to check on it. True, there was an application, but it was the wrong information, and after 2 years, the office placed the application into sanctions, and then it was terminated in year 3, today. $$$ down the drain to a foreign scammer taking advantage of American small (minority) businesses.

Trademark counter head of legal Andy Roberts contacted me via email, stated that "Upon conducting a meticulous review, we discovered a parallel trademark application for a business name identical to yours. In adherence to our commitment to transparency, I am extending to you the unique privilege of choice." Trying to get us to purchase a trademark package with them. Big problem though is that our company name is already registered with the USPTO. Obviously a search of any kind, let alone a meticulous search would have shown our registered mark.

Poor communication and bad service.
Would not recommend you spend your time or money with this company.

I just visit this company address, there's isn't any office over there the company says on the website that they provided over 500+ trademark lol, with not even a single review. when i google the number came to know that this is a virtual number,
