An excellent scanner at a very reasonable price, delivered within 24 hours of my order and works perfectly.

A minor paperwork issue on the invoice was corrected immediately so I can fully recommend Tradescanners.

When comparing the scanners online TradeScanners came out at the top with the cheapest price. I then called up to place the order and we recieved the scanner the next day - very impressive service. i came upon the tradescanners website through a google search whilst looking for next day delivery on an iris scannerpen, something the tradescanners website advertised. Despite advertising next day delivery, i was then informed it could take between 3-5 days, information i acquired only through numerous telephone calls, where promises to reply to my query were simply not adhered to. 14 days later i am yet to receive the pen, despite choosing this website because it advertised next day delivery as it is essential to my university research.
upon every telephone inquiry i have been assured that it will be the next day, the next day etc. This morning i have been assured that it will reach me tomorrow, i am yet to receive a dispatch email....
APPALLED (if there was a no star option BELIEVE me you would be getting it!!!)

For an online purchase of scaners, you really can't fault Trade Scanners. As well as having extremely good prices, the items are delivered next day.

Some problems setting up the Kodak ScanMate i1120 scanner but nothing to do with Trade Scanners. Pricing was competitive and I know because I shopped around a lot. Would definitely deal with again. Recommended.

I wasn't sure which scanner to buy but the advice I received when I phoned the sales line was spot on. Our ScanSnap S1500 takes half the time to scan our documentaton, we are really pleased with our purchase.

The scanner arrived really quickly - couldn't find any fault at all with the service or speed of delivery. Set up was quick and easy and within minutes of opening the box I was scanning quite merrily!
