The guys were great we came in with a one trailer reserved and after learning about what we were going to be using it for they upgraded us to a better trailer for our needs and were able to get the upgraded trailers price down close to the one we were originally looking at. Would highly recommend these guys if you need a trailer.

Amazing customer service! I just purchased a Trailer from the Salem Oregon store. Bobby and David answered all of my questions, helped me pick out the right trailer, and made sure I was all set up to tow it correctly. They both went above and beyond, and did it with a positive and friendly attitude. The trailer is excellent quality and it was a good price. It was a win, win, win experience. The tongue jack was not raised all the way up while bring it home hit a bump that bent it. Now it can not be used.

The original quote was $300 less than what I paid. The dealer said he could get me a military discount, but wasn't able after I arrived. Very disappointing, I should have walked. When I lifted the ramp for the first time, I was cut by the corner joint, and had to receive 4 stitches.

Joe was great. He was a little short-handed for the day but he worked right through his lunch break to help me out. He was nice and very informative. Very easy buying process.

Very quick and helpful. Make sure all the lights worked major air pressure in tires were good, and torque to The Wheels On.

although they were very professional and pleasant to deal with, they need to provide more/better technical support. they could need get all the functions of the trailer operational. although the brake, signal indicators and running lights worked, they could not get the electric brakes on the trailer to talk to my trucks brake controller, nor could they get power from the truck to the trailer to operate the internal light and charge the trailers emergence brake battery. they said i need additional parts (eg 12volt box relay) but they don't carry them nor do they install them. they had no solution for why my truck (2019 ford f250) other than to talk to ford. i have an airstream trailer and have no issue with the brake controller.

Top notch staff. . They made my purchase understandable in nature for a first time buyer of a trailer. Took every extra step to make sure id be ok and ready to roll. Thanks again.
