Not inspired at all
After finding out my hotel cost £232 using a family fund voucher yet inspire charged £379 that's £146 commission when the voucher was £450 at least turpin wore a mask shameful. Yes their customer service were good that's what they are paid to do they only booked a room at well know hotel took five minute call couldn't even book breakfast as they wanted £515 total voucher was only £450 they wanted to charge extra £50 on top of the hotels normal charge for anyone of £88 for breakfast you couldn't make it up. We did get breakfast from hotel paid £88. If you want hugely inflated prices using a charity's voucher Then choose inspire because the only one benefiting is inspire holidays.

Be aware of admin fees
Be aware, booked a weekend away in York for December but knew we wouldnt be able to go due to hubbies deteriorating health. Confirmation stated free cancellation up to 15th December but this company charge £50 per person admin fee even with 6 months notice. If we had booked with hotel direct it would have been cheaper and free cancellation - only booked via this site as had been gifted a voucher … avoid at all costs!

We appreciate your disappointment regarding the cancellation charges. However, we would like to clarify that our cancellation policy, including any applicable administration fees, is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions that are agreed to at the time of booking.
While your booking may have included free cancellation from the supplier up to a certain date, our administration fee applies to cancellations processed through our agency and is detailed within the booking terms accepted during the booking process.
We understand that comparing direct bookings with hotel bookings made through a travel agency can sometimes lead to differences in pricing and cancellation conditions, as different suppliers and booking channels operate under different terms.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible experience, have requested a call form inspire so many times as well as calling, once someone picks the call up they hang up immediately, I get correspondence via email to apologise and letting me know someone will be in touch however nobody does, my voucher is due to expire by the end of the year and I feel I will have been scammed. Definitely would not recommend.

Bought £700 worth of vouchers for our son. Thought we could pay off the balance of his holiday but no! Looked at the website and found the prices were a lot higher than if we went direct on the high street. Wont waste my money next time had to give cash to my son instead and hopefully we'll find a better deal for ourselves as can't afford to lose £700..... Never again...

Be warned: Prices inflated by 35% above market rate
A gift voucher was purchased through Inspire Travel in good faith, expecting it to carry the same purchasing power as booking direct. When I came to use it, the same flight that was available for £118 directly through British Airways or comparison platforms including Skyscanner and Expedia, was priced at £160 on Inspire's platform. A 35.6% markup!
Inspire's own FAQ states they "work very hard to maintain price parity." In correspondence, they confirmed they cannot access direct airline pricing. These two positions are irreconcilable. I am now escalating this as despite multiple written requests for either a refund or the booking at a fair market rate, both were refused.
Essentially, a 35.6% markup renders your voucher largely useless. You will get significantly more value booking direct with the airline or through a reputable comparison platform such as Skyscanner or Expedia. Don't fall for the same trap I did, use your money elsewhere where you can get much better rates.

Bought £100 vouchers as a gift and have been looking at the holidays on this site! Firstly the website itself is awful! Secondly the holidays are so much expensive than any of the bigger travel agents, the hotels all look old and dated not sure whether your photographer isn’t up to scratch but I haven’t seen a single holiday that looks appealing! Probably won’t be using the voucher which is a massive waste of money! Shocked there are so many positive reviews to be honest!!

*WARNING DO NOT BUY A INSPIRE VOUCHER* My Daughter asked me what I would like for my birthday, Could not think of anything, then I said....Oh, a voucher would be nice for Jet2! So, Bless her she got me one.
Gave it me, did not realise it had to be booked through Inspire! ( Our faults for thinking it could be done on the Jet2 app) Lesson learnt!
Look on Inspire, Load of Rubbish, Hardly any hotels in the destination I was looking for ( about 5, which not one of them would I stay in, then the price was hundreds of pounds more, adding the transfer and baggage on too! Honestly, SHOCKING PRICES! Like a previous person commented " Rip off" comes to mind. Sadly, what a WASTE OF A VOUCHER! IT WILL NOT BE USED! Much cheaper, much more selection on the Jet2 App. I can't believe anyone uses USELESS INSPIRE! When you can get a better deal direct with Jet2, Tui etc. It needs HIGHLIGHTING IN BIG BOLD LETTERS THAT THEY HAVE TO BE USED THROUGH INSPIRE! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
*Seeing ALL These NEGATIVE reviews about people and their vouchers going to waste, is SHOCKING! IF ONLY WE HAD READ THEM BEFORE, 100% WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT ONE. As a travel agent, we do not book directly with airlines, hotels, or operators. All bookings are made through our approved travel suppliers and tour partners, which means pricing can differ from booking direct or through comparison websites.
One of the benefits of booking through us is the additional support and protection provided both before and after travel. This includes assistance with amendments, schedule changes, supplier issues, and support while you are away, which is not always available when booking individual elements separately.

Last minute flight re-arrangement
I found out 3 week's prior to our departure date that our son had been nominated for an award at his college and should attend. The only problem was it was the day after we were supposed to depart. DYNAMIC PRICING
I found the site easy enough to use, although I noticed hotel prices came up to pay per person for a long time. Now it's coming up per night, so they may have changed that recently. This site operates with the intention to take as much money from their customers as possible. The prices are already much higher than other operators and once they know you are interested the prices quickly change. I wanted to book a hotel room, after thinking about it for a few hours I decided to book and realised the price had risen £50 a third of the original price. I called customer service to inquire how the prices could have gone up so much in just a few hours. The advisor was not helpful, and his response was frustrating, to say the least. I later decided on another hotel room. After resting my phone down for 5 minutes while I did something, I came back to find the price had increased by £10. In a matter of minutes. This company is a con.
