Aimee does it again 😊
As always, a fantastic service provided by Amiee. I was so indecisive on hotel choice and she was so patient and nothing was too much trouble and we got there in the end. Another holiday booked and we also had a good laugh in doing so! Thats why I will always book with Aimee - nice to be able to have great advice and a good laugh at the same time.

You couldn't fault the staff but was disappointed with being ripped off
You couldn't fault the staff. Worked had to get us what we wanted.
My only disappointment is that after booking our flights to Australia with you i found both flights on expedia £500 less. I understand you got overheads but to make a grand on loyal customers is extortionate.
So will not be using you again to book any holidays. My opinion has no reflection on your staff my bug bear is with you as a company

Hi Neil,
Thank you for your feedback and for recognising the hard work of our team — it means a lot to know that you were happy with the service you received.
We’re very sorry to hear that you found the same flights cheaper elsewhere after booking. We completely understand your frustration. Flight prices can fluctuate frequently based on availability and airline pricing systems, which can sometimes result in differences between providers.
That said, we always aim to offer our customers the best value along with the security, support, and personal service that comes with booking through us.
We hope you might reconsider travelling with us again in the future, and thank you once more for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Kind regards,
Travel House
