Always a lovely experience visiting Travel House ,Merthyr.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a little wait to speak with Christopher.As he had just come back from Bali we wanted to book with him regarding his experiences.
Elizabeth made us a lovely coffee while we waited so was win win lol.
All the staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure your booking and holiday are stress free

The staff at Merthyr are always polite , professional and do their utmost to ensure you get the holiday you are looking for. Nothing is too much trouble, spending time to look at different travel options to make your holiday more comfortable and easier for you. Offering insights if any of them had been to a particular resort or hotel etc.

Our Italian Job - with Sophie's support
Out travel consultant Sophie made this booking as great experience. She gave us a range of options based on our outline plan which involved flights from two different locations, 3 destinations and train journeys between.
She was knowledgeable, informative and answered all questions with ease. It was an easy decision to book as Sophie had done all the hard work for us. Can't wait for this holiday, and will definitely request Sophie's support for our next booking too.
