We were looking to book a Disney holiday and Paul was very helpful and came up with some fantastic deals that were unbeaten in price. He really listened to what we needed and was willing to provide a number of quotes. He wasn't pushy either, which is great.

Just back from our trip to New York, Las Vegas and Chicago, and what an amazing time, we booked with Adam ( this is our 2nd time using him) and all I can say is he knocked it out the ball park again, every hotel was excellent location, all within walking distance of all attractions, and we are still amazed by the price, it was outstanding, anybody who wants to go to the USA, should use Travel Planners, they are superb

I have recently returned from a cruise on the Norwegan Sun. The best thing about it was the itinerary visiting Thailand, the Maldives, the Seychelles, Madagascar and Mauritus. The worst thing about it was the loud music constantly played from early in the morning, in the canteen, on deck and in all the lounge areas till late at night. Also the food was insipid, tastesless and usually served luke warm in the dinning room. The same items appeared on the menu every day with maybe 1 new item in the main course. It became apparent they had bulk bought all the food to save costs. This was particularly obvious with the fish which did not taste fresh and was hard. If you had not bought a very expensive drink package, you were penalised. A glass of wine and a cocktail + 20% service charge cost $36.
The large bottle of sparkling water in our fridge cost $16. There are no communal laundry facilities a bag of washing, dried and folded costs $39. There is non evening folddown and obviously no chocolate. No water bottles given out to guests on excursions. The only place one could sunbath was on the main deck.
Loungers were jammed together like sardines in a tin.
If you wanted shade, you had to get up very early.
What they should have done was put some loungers on another deck , so people could have shade and get away from the loud music. The so called entertainment was mainly quizzes in the daytime. No interesting lectures just a chef making a collage out of fruit!
Evening entertainment in the theater was reasonable, magiciana, dancers etc.
Most of the excursions were vastly over priced and did not give accurate descriptions as to what people would see.

I booked an Orlando holiday costing around £8,000 through Travel Planners. Initially, the sales experience with Steve Taylor was good — he was helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, once the booking was made, the service declined significantly.

Travel Planners advertise that customers are assigned a “personal advisor” with direct contact details who will “look after you like a real person, not a number.” In my experience, this simply wasn’t true. After booking, I was directed straight to the aftersales team, who offered very little advice or support and often seemed unfamiliar with the products or options available.

We later decided to add a cruise to the trip and made a few amendments, but every interaction felt like they wanted to do the bare minimum and close the query as quickly as possible. I specifically chose to book through a travel agent because this was a major trip for my daughter and me, and I expected guidance, recommendations, and a more personalised service. That value just wasn’t there.

One example was our cruise price guarantee. If prices drop, the cruise line will usually match the lower fare — but because I booked through Travel Planners, they had to handle the request. Despite this being a standard policy, they refused to help and seemed unaware of how it worked.

I also had issues selecting seats on our flights. Although I had paid in full, I was told the booking needed to be “ticketed” first. Later, when the airline changed the flight times and left us with a very long layover, I contacted them to discuss alternatives, but no support or realistic options were offered.

I understand that some things are controlled by airline or supplier policies, but the biggest disappointment was how the whole experience made me feel — like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I genuinely thought using a travel agent for such an expensive and important holiday would make the process smoother and more special.

Instead, it has been stressful and frustrating, and sadly it has taken away much of the excitement for what should have been a really special trip for my daughter and me.

Sean M fills us with such confidence with his attention to detail, warmth, friendliness and fast knowledgeable responses that we have just booked a 3rd dude ranch trip to the US with him. It really is so comforting to know that we are in such safe and expert hands. Nothing was too much trouble with attending to the detail, queries were answered almost instantly by phone or message. Sean is also full of very useful tips to make sure our holiday runs smoothly. We really cannot praise this excellent ambassador for the company highly enough. What a tremendous Travel Planner!

Paul has been extremely helpful providing us with several options for our trip to Orlando. I had lots of questions and he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend this service and will most definitely be using his expertise again in the future.

Paul has been fantastic at providing us with Disney Holiday package quotes with many variations. The service was very quick and accurate to what we required. Could not believe the price, so initially, I was convinced it was a scam. Checked with BA, Virgin coupled with booking our own accommodation so gave Tavelplanners a call. They saved our party of four well over £1,000.
Flights to San Francisco, 3 nights accommodation, flight to Las Vegas, 5 nights accommodation and it was like clockwork.
As seasoned travellers I seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We needed a company to arrange our road trip around New England in September this year.
We had Paul C as our planner so so good what a gent really nice guy nothing was to much after lots of changes etc to get it just right.
He even got our seats on the plane pre-booked how goods that.
Would highly recommend this company 100% will be booking our next trip soon even before we have been on this one we are so confident.

Honestly wouldn’t use any other travel provider. Listened to everything I wanted and executed the deal perfectly. Really simple process. Great communication. I saw Paul Corderoy recommended and asked for him directly and he did not disappoint. Tailored our holiday to exactly what we wanted and just helped keep us at ease throughout. I booked a week-long holiday through TravelPlanners after comparing a few agencies. The agent listened to my priorities, arranged flights and hotels that fit my dates, and handled a last-minute change to a connecting flight. Communication took a little longer than I’d hoped during the change, but the team sorted it without extra cost.

Have booked with Paul a few times when booking trips to the USA and he is very helpful and always manages to get us a reasonable price

5 star service today from Sean at travel planners. I sent an online request for a quick quote for our 1st Orlando trip for 2027. Within a couple of hours I had a call back with dates and a price, a lot cheaper than the main companies themselves even with transfers included. Sean answered any question I had with confidence, gave me some great tips for our trip also. I wanted to book asap to lock in the great deal, within minutes everything was confirmed. I’m very much looking forward to our first longhaul trip and I have every confidence that Sean and travel planner will be able to help me with any queries on the way.

Stay away from this company ,they take your money then alter the itinerary and blame everyone else,they are not interested in you once they get your money,will never deal with them again

Normally would phone a number of companies for a holiday, where it would be probably about February before booking this. Contacted Travel Planners late October and spoke to a Paul Corderoy where this rep had excellent listening & communication skills.
We covered lots of items as to the booking of this holiday in Florida where Paul listened and gave good advice regards what we were looking for. Contacted Paul a number of times during November as to the holiday, where he was found to be very helpful.
On the 19/12/2025 I decided to book the holiday with Paul and did not speak to any other company due to feeling that Paul was very trustworthy and I believed gave the best price that he could get.
I would recommend Paul and Travel Planners as to booking a holiday and will use them during future holiday bookings.
