I purchased several different Earing…
I purchased several different Earing pairs , unfortunately after wearing them the paint wore off. Very expensive earrings for the paint to wear off after afew weeks.

Disappointed with the packing
The products themselves are exactly what I ordered. However, I was disappointed with the way the items were packed. The box used was too small, and the products were squished in. The product packaging was damaged and some items had fallen out of the packaging. Considering I am gifting the items, I would have liked them to be in good condition.

AV 1960 Racing Chronograph watch
I ordered the AV 1960 Racing chronograph with the cream face and tan leather strap. The watch arrived within 2 weeks and first impressions looks sensational. Feels light and comfortable on the wrist. At 40mm it's smaller than the current XL watches but must understand it captures the size and design of the classic 60s. The website was easy to navigate with photos and detailed descriptions. Definitely a website worth visiting for male fashion.

the watch is beautiful and just as described. Lovely packaging and quick delivery . Well worth the money.
Very disappointed that the battery was not included and this was not mentioned in the information about the watch . This spoilt a very special occasion.

However, I am sincerely sorry for the disappointment regarding the battery. All of our quartz watches are shipped with a battery already installed and ready to go. Occasionally, a small plastic stopper (battery saver) is placed under the crown (the dial-adjuster) during transit—once that small plastic bit is removed and the crown is pushed in, the watch should start ticking! ⌚
If you have already tried this and it’s still not working, it’s possible the battery was drained prematurely. I have just reached out to you via email so we can ensure your watch is running perfectly for you right away.

Stunning bracelets! Arrived in beautiful packaging (maybe a bit too nice/wasteful) - they seem to be genuine stainless and good quality.
Shipping to Australia took longer than predicted - but it appeared the package stayed in QLD for a while before finally arriving to me in VIC. Nothing to do with Trendhim at all, but it’s worth noting if you purchase a gift for delivery to Australia - allow atleast 2 weeks :)

Poor delivery and they don’t fit…
The delivery took longer than expected or indicated.
I bought two bangle sets and out of the 10 bangles about 5 fit and the others are way too small to be able to wear them. Those that fit have elastic through the beads. The others I cannot work out how to loosen them up to get them over my fist. Very poor around.

Regarding the bracelets that feel too small: those designs are meant to be opened using the loop on one end and the ball on the other end. By gently passing the loop through the ball at that point, you should be able to open the bracelet and place it comfortably around your wrist before securing it again. They are not designed to slide over the fist like the elastic styles.
If you’re still unsure how to open them, we’d be more than happy to guide you step by step. Please feel free to contact us at info@trendhim.com.au, and we’ll gladly assist further.
