Good morning,
We ordered the table in May (payment wasn’t taken from our account until August without authorisation or communication). We informed TP that we would like to have the table delivered mid June to which they didn’t respond! After several phone calls, they passed us on to their courier who we also called several times and was eventually told they couldn’t find the table! After numerous phone calls to Trendy products the table was delivered a month after the original date request...in an awful condition! We immediately called and they asked for pictures which we provided. We wanted a replacement table and they informed us that they couldn’t provide a whole new table only certain part which we reluctantly agreed. Numerous calls and one week later we was informed that the replacement parts were “on their way”.
I called them today to ask for an update and we was told the table hasn’t been shipped as the manufacturers factory is closed until September. Nobody from Trendy Products has told us, the customer, this critical information. Needless to say we have requested a full refund following a dreadful experience!

We ordered a gloss white cabinet from trendy products which cost us just shy of £500, it took over 2 months to receive the goods. We partially accepted this on the basis it was coming from Italy and was made to order.
When we finally received the goods, luckily we checked all the parts were there before starting assembly as we noticed straight away two crucial panels were missing, the base plate and drawer front.
We contacted trendy products and spoke to a lady called Debra, she was reasonably helpful and ordered the missing components but, we would have to wait another month to receive them, which we essentially had no choice but to accept it.
Finally we took delivery of two packages from them and straight away identified them as the wrong panels!
Now we are being informed that the company that produce the cabinet close for the month of August! So the we are likely to have to wait another 2 months till we potentially receive the correct replacement components.
We have requested a full refund and for them to collect the goods as we cannot wait any longer and will take our business elsewhere, however I have a feeling this is not going to be an easy process.
If you are looking for a company that will send you partial orders and keep you waiting ridiculous times for your products then choose Trendy Products, but don't say you haven't been warned.

I received my sideboard within the time stated and it is stunning. It took a couple of hours to put together but WOW it was worth it. I had to contact the company by email to ask a question and received a very prompt, professional response. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful furniture.

We purchased a wall to wall media storage unit, absolutely brilliant. We did have a few problems putting it together, but wow, the result is amazing. I purchased an Italian 5 drawer unit from Trendy Products. I had to wait a few weeks to take delivery, as the unit was to be made for me by Status of Italy. Well now the drawers are in situ, with only the feet and handles needing to be fitted by myself. The drawers look absolutely gorgeous, and the quality is just superb. I was kept informed throughout, from ordering to delivery, and I could not be happier with the results. I will be purchasing the matching bedside cabinet when funds allow, and it will definitely be from this company. I wholeheartedly recommend Trendy Products.

We recently purchased a modern display cabinet. We were utterly delighted with our purchase except for the time ti took to complete the build (fitting doors and feet and installing the LED lighting set). Trendy Products were brilliant and awarded us a generous discount for our unexpected troubles. We will certainly shop there again.

Don’t buy from this store , crap company to deal with never respond to your e mails , wait ages for the product to arrive got told because of long delay I would get my delivery charges reimbursed but still not received had no response and communication is zero

Excellent company to deal with. Great customer service and delivery all taken care of to travel overseas from the U.K. I can recommend this company to anyone looking for great furniture and a good customer experience. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service and the furniture is high end.. custom made fro Italy. Worth every penny! This website can be trusted and the lead time on delivery is just as it states. I will definitely be purchasing from Trendy products again, everything from choosing the product on the website to the service team and after sales service has been top notch.

Absolutely delighted with my sideboard. There’s nothing in the Shops or other sites that comes close. Lovely texture & built to last. The staff (Grace) who I spoke to was very helpful with my query & put me at ease with her friendly manner. Looking forward to more purchases.

I ordered a table for £1750. The delivery was due in February. The table was delivered, without the legs. I was told they aren't sure where the legs are, and spent the next two weeks looking for them. Apparently they couldn't be located so they asked for new ones to be manufactured. They then found the legs, rearranged delivery, and on the day, they didn't show up. Apparently the legs weren't loaded onto the van. Then TP spent the next few weeks looking for the legs again, couldn't locate them so ordered new ones. I was then promised the delivery would take place tomorrow, and after me contacting them (because they never contact you!) I have just been told that due to severe IT problems, the delivery won't take place, and I will be contacted next week for a new delivery date. In summary, I waited 2 months for the table to be manufactured and partially delivered, and now coming up to a further 3 months (5 months total) - with no set date for delivery. I order hundreds of items online every year, and no experience has come anywhere near as bad as this one with Trendy Products.

I have never written a negative review about any company, but TP are the worst company I have ever dealt with. No action, no discount, only excuses time after time. When will this end? I am on the verge of taking legal action against TP.

Awful service! Shame as I was looking forward to ordering from them in the future, but no chance now.
November the 8th I placed my order, yes November the 8th and it still isn't here.
Excuse after excuse and I only ever get an update when I Chase the product. Last update was the first week in April and yet again I haven't heard anything from them. I was doubting they were even a company until I saw similar reviews on here. Hope to god it's not damaged in any way, if it ever dies turn up.

I recently purchased a tv unit from Trendy Products and am delighted with the service I received. Their staff are extremely helpful with all queries, the unit arrived within the time frame they gave me and the quality is excellent. I’ll definitely be back to buy more products in future

I placed an order on the 19th february and after contacting trendy products as to the whereabouts of my delivery, they contacted me and rectified the problems. I spoke to rufus and he could not have been more helpful with my issues... my order arrived today.... i am now a happy customer

My experience with Trendy Products has been excellent in every way. Their responsiveness to online chat was very quick and efficient. I asked for a sample of the leather I was interested in for a chair and it was arranged that this be sent from the supplier in Spain. This was received in good time. They made a few calls to me to give progress reports and those I spoke with had a lovely manner and were always very helpful. I would highly recommend Trendy products.

As indicated, delighted with service received from all staff at Trendy products but in particular Grace Jones. This was my reason for purchasing all my new furniture from Trendy as I failed to get such quality service from another well- known high street store where I normally shopped. I have had no hesitation in recommending you to others.

We ordered a beautiful coffee table from Trendy. We are very pleased with it and will probably order more furniture from them.

The side board we ordered was delivered on time. There was a fault with the light fitting but that was replaced immediately. Would purchase from this company again & would recommend them to potential customers.
