Excellent service
A positive experience all round, despite it being about a challenging and negative set of circumstances. Ellie was reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. Her communications were timely and concise. I felt confident that she would deliver the best outcome possible and she definitely delivered! In these stressful and unusual times we are living through at the moment someone who listens and gives you the time of day, helpful kind and very informative on the other end of the phone is like a comfort blanket. I spoke a lovely lady called Tracy who took my details within an hour Tom confirmed I would be contacted by Ellie the next day which I was. Ellie took the time to listen and advise me in a comforting and professional way I can honestly say what a fantastic professional Team and would use them again if I need to. I would definitely recommend them please call and see for yourself don’t waste any time looking for any one else !

Great value advice, especially as my claim was so small
Because my claim was so small in value I was conscious of speaking with a high street solicitor and spending at least 180 an hour to get the advice I needed, I contacted Tribunal claim via email. I was able to send full details of my issue with a previous employer and receive a free email back with helpful standalone advice and a quick talk through on a ten minute call and I now have all the information I needed and a plan of action all for 25 pounds. I cannot recommend enough

Ellie and Tom have been absolutely amazing to me, giving me advice on a number of work issues. They have been available at all times of the day and really supportive and honest. I have already recommended them to a family member and would do so again!

If could give this service no stars that's what I would put. Judgemental, corruption judges, not fit for purpose. Judges make slanders announcements and I would be surprised if there taking backhanders.

Of course, we cannot take all cases on and quite often have to decline cases based on our view of their merits.
As for your suggestion that we are in any way slanderous or take back-handers, obviously I can assure you that nothing could be further from the truth. We always treat our clients with respect. I don't really understand what you are suggesting in relation to back-handers.

I contacted Tribunal claim solicitors…
I contacted Tribunal claim solicitors and was told someone would call me back within 24hrs sure enough within that time scale I received a text message to notify me that I would be called in the next hour. I was called within the hour by (Mr Paul Howard) who gave me free advice in regards to my unfair dismissal claim along with some questions on issues I was unsure of.
The service I have received was very professional and has put my mind at rest that I am doing the right thing in pursuing my case.
I will not hesitate in the future to get in touch with Tribunal Claim if I feel I need a knowledgable solicitor to represent me.
