Above and beyond customer service, I was desperate for a new garment before the weekend but next day special delivery wasn’t a problem for Trickys to make sure I had it, communication was spot on and a nice little touch with the free gift!!! 🎁

Never ordered anything had my details pinched still waiting for a refund

I advised on the date the order was made that I did not place the order and my bank details had been used fraudulently. I received an email stating only that you received a purchase for a pair of shoes. I advised again that I did not place an order and received a further reply that the order had been shipped as it was deemed a “none” fraud order! Not sure how this is possible when I advised more than once, prior to any payment being taken, it was not me! Very unimpressed with your company and its response……or lack of!

Amazing service and amazing bag, I messed up my order first time around but it was no issue as Max sorted it for me right away, messaging me so we could resolve it. I’m so happy with the product and the quality is as stated on the website if not better, literally looks as if it’s just been picked up off the shelf and never been owned before me.
