The coffee arrived in a timescale that was more than reasonable and they also took time on their website to explain how the freshness of the coffee affects delivery time. The coffee itself is rich (101) and dark but smooth tasting. As described on the packet, it is the perfect morning coffee.

The flask I ordered is perfect. As an emergency worker who works all sorts of shifts, it always with me. The Brand itself makes me feel a part of something great.

Excellent turn round speed from order to delivery. Mixed bag has a lot of dark roast, more of a selection including milder worth considering.

I ordered the wrong flask but they quickly changed my order for me without fuss. Second quality insulated cup I've had from them. Very happy.
