Used to do route 66, with a slight change which was no trouble for them to arrange, only had issue with ref number for 1 hotel and this was easily resolved , would highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier with the holiday
Couldn’t be happier with the holiday that we booked and the great support, insight and ideas from Karen - she really listened to what we were after and delivered beyond it. It was great as well speaking to someone who has travelled and visited lots of places so has genuine experience she can share.

Dream Honeymoon Booked
Couldn’t have booked my dream honeymoon without Tropical Sky. Marie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, she went above and beyond and I am so thankful. The team are so helpful, knowledgeable and make the booking stress free. Would highly recommend using there service!

Roisin Carbery worked with us to create the perfect 2 tone destination holiday , SriLanka and The Maldives. She took on board all our requirements and there were alot !
Our holiday was amazing from the airport pickups, to the accommodations, the activites and the food. We truly had an incredible holiday from start to finish and really appreciated Roisins expertise and vast knowledge and of course her understanding of our needs. Great American Road Trip
We just completed the Great American Road Trip. I was really keen for my children to experience the awe and wonder of the American landscape as well as enjoy some of the major cities. We drove 5000 miles over the 3 weeks and we all loved every moment. I had never heard of American Sky or Tropical Sky before this holiday. But I would certainly recommend them and use them again. Charlotte worked hard to ensure we got everything we wanted from the holiday - tailoring it to meet our needs. She gave us lots of advice throughout the booking process in addition to our itinerary. The hotel staff throughout the trip were really friendly and helpful and the hotels were well positioned and clean.

Vietnam 2025
We booked our Vietnam experience with Roisin and she was so helpful from the beginning. Her knowledge and experience ensured we were able to work together to build the personalised holiday we wanted. Canadian Sky/Tropical Sky organised a 23 day escorted tour of Canadian Atlantic Maritime provinces and Newfoundland & Labrador for July 2025.
It was a great itinerary, enjoyable and interesting. We had excellent and knowledgeable tour directors along with capable drivers. The hotels and accommodation was of good standard, the meals which were included were nice, all the excursions were great. All the arrangements worked well too.
The service provided by Canadian Sky in organising the tour was efficient.

A wonderful holiday in North America
We have just returned from a holiday visiting San Francisco and Vancouver and then a cruise of the Alaskan coast. The company listened carefully to our requirements, prepared a number of quotations to cover the cost and feasibility of various alternatives and promptly and efficiently booked all accommodation and flights. Hotels were convenient for both public transport from airports, for the sights we wanted to see in each and for walking to the cruise terminal. Hotels were also value for money.
The adviser was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

NEVER GONNA BOOK WITH TROPICAL SKY AGAIN.
I was about to give a 5* review for this company, especially a woman called Sunny Dabiza. However after paying over 5k for my hols I received a call from her stating the room was no longer available but for an extra £900 I could have the next room up. !!! i contacted the hotel myself and they informed the room I requested was available . When I informed Tropical Sky of this they did not believe me and made up an excuse that once I pay for the room I will be contacted by the hotel to be told it was not available.
I requested a full refund - which for some ungodly reason takes 5 days - and booked through my Amex for exactly the room I wanted for a lower price !!!!

Unfortunately, the hotel provided us with incorrect availability information, which led to this frustrating situation. Regarding refunds, our standard processing time is 3-5 working days, due to our robust financial security protocols that protect against fraud and ensure all money transfers are properly verified.

The route around the island was just right and you handle unforeseen events with ease.

Ten years of great service
We have been using American Sky for over 10 years now and it has always been a great experience. They have always worked with us to find a travel plan that suits our budget and the ability to pay the holiday off over time is great. Just booked another trip with them and will be back again!

INFLATED PRICES
We were quoted a price for a holiday by email, rang to book and Yvonne was not available so we requested a callback.
Late that afternoon nobody called so we rang them back, they told us they would email a payment link.
The link came through £780 more than the original quote.
They blamed flight increases.
As it happened I had priced the flights separately at the time of enquiring, then again at the time of the increased quote, and flight prices were the same.
I understand people make mistakes, but companies need to own up these mistakes, not blame the scapegoat.
We have used Tropical Sky about ten times going to the same resort, we won't be using them again.

As Jill, our Sales Manager, mentioned in her follow-up email, we made internal communication errors when staff weren't properly briefed about availability, leading to confusion about callbacks. We also acknowledge that we should have been more transparent about the pricing discrepancy.
As a loyal customer who has booked with us multiple times, you deserved much better service and honesty from us. We completely understand your decision to look elsewhere.
We reached out immediately after this incident to apologise directly and offered personal assistance to try to make things right. While we clearly fell short of our usual standards, we are committed to learning from this experience to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Went to Thailand visiting three locations and all the flights and pickups were perfect.
They had selected really lovely hotels in good locations and great service.

Booked a holiday through tropical sky, was dealing with a wonderfully knowledge lady, who offered perfect advice on my proposed trip.
Recieved my email with my tailored holiday, which contained conscise information regarding my flights, accomadation, transfers and a suggested itinerary.
In the lead up to the holiday, I received a number of phone calls just to once again go through the holiday details and to wish me all the best on my travels.
Have to say following this experience I’ve already started planning my next break which I will be booking via a tropical Sky, couldn’t fault the assistance I received.

Special Ruby wedding holiday
Right from the booking enquiry, the service was excellent, we were looking for something special to celebrate our ruby wedding and the package they put together was superb. Everything was well organised, well documented and we did not have to worry about anything would definitely recommend, and use Tropical sky again.

Almost 9 years of fruitless mediation…
Almost 9 years of fruitless mediation between our lawyers and TropicalSky for our ruined holiday in 2016! Numerous offers from us to them - to compensate our distress and lack of dutiful care resulted in their rejections!
Finally, the court hearing yesterday!
The judge has decided to reward us 50% of the package cost and quite a substantial sum as a compensation for our distress.
Plus, the stubborn "family-run-proud-providers-of-exceptional-experience" would have to pay the court expenses and even my train fare of £83.10!
The representative tried in vain to twist my words and facts, and even questioned my train fare! :)
Just as well, huh?
So, I would be very careful, guys: read the 1* reviews and don't be satisfied by the 5*s. Or, simply, go for the well established and renowned tour operators.

Tropical Sky has built a strong reputation over the past 20 years for delivering high-quality holidays and providing fair, timely responses to genuine customer issues.
In this case, we advised against travel to your chosen hotel due to the resort’s imminent closure, and alternative arrangements were offered. Despite clear communication, you ignored our advice. Allegations that we failed in our duty of care were rejected by the Judge. The matter was resolved through the appropriate legal process, resulting in a significantly lower award than you originally sought. We welcomed the court’s decision and are satisfied with the outcome.
We remain committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences, as reflected in the positive feedback from thousands of customers who continue to trust us with their holidays.

Another great holiday with Tropical Sky. This was our second trip through TS and it exceeded all our expectations. Even with a change of flight provider, all ran smoothly with great service from TS throughout.
