Love the products, very fast secure delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there was a small product leak which made the box soggy but it smelled great when opening up !!

Can't give a 5 star review yet as I've not had the chance to use the products so I will come back when I have but the items I ordered all turned up really well packaged and within a few days of ordering and certainly seem to be good quality. Very happy so far

The bike cleaning gel was good, i got 2 uses of the chain lube before it solidified in the bottle, never seen any other brand do this

I recently ordered the tyre bundle but didn’t receive the tyre monkey within the bundle. Very disappointed as that was the whole reason for my purchase

Always use Tru-Tension. Lube stays on great and the Chain Cleaner gives a good degrease on your chain. It's also the best smelling chain lube I ever had. Won't buy anyone else

Totally does what it says it does,nice clean bike clean chain and nicely lubricated and decent price for the bundle.

Excellent product. My go to chain cleaner and lube. No longer use any other 👌🏻 no downside apart from wanting a banana milkshake every time I’m done 🤔

Since switching to Tru-Tension all weather chain lube my chains last about twice as long as when I used Muc-off lube.
And I don't have the apply so often.

I didn't really believe the reviews I'd seen but there's no doubt now that I've tried them myself, both are fantastic products the lube in particular is a game changer!

After placing my order and hearing nothing, I contacted them via their Contact Us on the website, still nothing, so emailed them. 2 days later ( day 8 ) after placing my order, all I got was an email saying your order is on it's way, like an automated one. This was a gift, which arrived 13 days after placing, with no explanation or apology. Also the product had a crack in it, so it's going back and requesting a full refund. I'm a sponsored MTB content creator and have a lot of followers and will be putting this negative feedback on my channel.
