TSN is a scam honestly. Sometimes it seems like you are streaming for a pirate site. You pay expecting high quality broadcasting only to realize you are better without it.

Complete waste of money!

Paid for a month and was sick of it within a day. Cancelled my subscription immediately.

I would have rated it a zero or negative zero had the rating been allowed.

I was going to ask for a refund but its not worth the hassle of dealing with the licentious halfwits at bell.

This company subs cancellation policy is like daylight robbery. I signed up to watch just 1 game for 30 minutes and didn't mind paying a months subscription. I cancelled the subscription right after on the app. A month after , it looked like the cancellation didn't work. I called them when my next month's chargers went through. They couldn't refund me and charged for the 2nd month even though I was not going to use it.

TSN+ is a total waste of money and Bell Media won't refund your subscription fee even though THEY DON'T DELIVER WHAT YOU SIGNED UP FOR - VERY CROOKED!!! You get lots of buffering and resolution is terrible. My internet service downloads tests at 26mps and uploads at 20mps, so it's not my ISP.

They take down games way too fast. CFL and curling down in a week. The Brier hasn't even been over for a week and almost every round is down. The same happened with the Scotties. People work and can't get to wat h each match in under a week, especially such special events like curling bonspiels. The same with the CFL, games come down as soon as the next goes up. Some of us like to watch every game.

Love the second question in the review box...'How can this company improve?'

Do you have people in your organization that read these reviews and do something about them? If you people cover major global sporting events...then cover all of them. Example, world women's curling not just the Canadian team but all of them!

Brutal streaming service. All other apps run fine but TSN is choppy, does not matter if it's NHL in Winter or CFL in Summer. Do Not waste your money.

The only reason I gave a one star to TSN network is because here I can’t write a review unless I click on a star. TSN is not even worth a one star rating.

TSN is a rip off. Never ever will we subscribe to it again. We subscribed one month only for Super Bowl day and the streaming was horrible. The fine print included an auto renewal that we weren’t aware of and when they charged my visa today, I called to cancel and get a refund explaining that I only subscribed to one month. They refused to give me a refund for the unsolicited charge.
They are a rip off. Not only is their streaming sucks but they take ppl money without their consent then hide it in the fine print under terms and conditions.
I am writing this review so I can let other ppl know what they are getting into if they subscribe to this rip off TSN sport network. Be aware of this fraudulent app.

I can not see any NHL games in TSN in my area.... what's the point for subscribing

This app is shit. Always stopping for streaming problems. I have fibre and it's super fast. All other apps run fine. Only yours keeps going out. FIX YOUR SHIT!!! I'm cancelling my subscription and I hope everyone else does too and you go bankrupt. As of this review, 92% have given you a 1 star review. That says it all right there.

DO NOT BUY. TSN has a no-refund policy for the auto-renewal. So, if you were billed the day after you were supposed to terminate the subscription and you try to contact them to reimburse the fee they will refuse. Worst part is there is no clear message if you want to purchase a one month subscription like we did for the world junior championship. After you select the purchase they said there was a check box during the sign up where you have to acknowledge they will auto-renew. Put the info upfront and be honest instead of ripping off your customers. The only thing worse than their policy is a slimy TSN representative and their passive-aggressive behavior as they make thousands off of people who didn't read the fine print or forgot to cancel on time. For perspective, we were on a family trip after Xmas and came back to see the auto- renewal fee for TSN and Netflix. Netflix reimbursed the fee without question while TSN settled on ripping us off. Avoid TSN app and their unethical business practices.

I signed up to watch world juniors and it took 5 phone calls talking to people in the Philippines before I finally got one girl who could figure out how to reset my login and password to work. This took over 5 days, meaning that I missed half of the tournament. No chance for refund or extended days because of delay! Then I cancelled my subscription but they didn't do it, and was then charged for the next month which I didn't realize until today. I tried to cancel subscription again but couldn't do it, so I cancelled my credit card. Worst service ever, and I won't use them again!

We paid for a subscription and the service didnt work! TSN refused to refund even though it was within a few hours. This is illegal. Customers have a right to cancel within 30 days if service is not delivered.

This is the hardest site I've ever seen to navigate. I just want to watch some OHL hockey and keep ending up on useless screens, not so much as a video. I have yet to watch a single game and pay every month for this waste.
SportsNet is a dream to use compared to the TSN mess.

I just subscribed to the TSN+ because I love tennis and in on TSN homepage there is a big screen of propaganda that ATP is broadcasted by TSN+. But it's not true. Because today I wont't be able to watch men's semifinals. I am canceling my 2-day subscription.

We never authorized a subscription to TSN+ and now have had a year’s subscription charge made against our credit card. We use TSN through Rogers. TSN is refusing to refund us. How can they do this? This is fraud. Fight back against these suppliers. Change your credit card. How did they get our credit card number? Is Rogers colluding with Bell? The banks and the government need to stop this and punish these media companies.

Can't even watch the Senators play at home and I live in Ottawa. What kind of garbage is this!!! TSN is absolutely trash. I'm so tired of paying for this. Bye bye TSN. 👋

Sold me a "4 month pass" which was actually a "4 month auto-renew subscription" and would not cancel the autorenewal even when I called them right after. Thieves.
