1. Click https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/hdcp-detection/ to confirm that it supports playback of HDCP-enabled content.
Select "1.0" for the position. Press "Get HDCP Status" as shown in the image. Click the "V" icon below, select "1.0" and tap "Get HDCP Status" to see if your device supports HDCP-enabled content. If you see "HDCP is available for 1.0", it means that your computer can get his HD video from his Amazon Prime Video. Also, please send the screenshot.
2. Please send the latest log file for analysis.

I loved the TuneBoto when I bought it…
I loved the TuneBoto when I bought it in 2020. Changed computers and the license code will not work, and I no longer have the computer it was originally installed on. On their website I read you can request a key. I've tried to contact the company and got a response quickly. They have a monthly/yearly subscription or a purchase option available. I'm considering purchasing a lifetime plan.

I have been using Tuneboto AVD since December 2020 and it works wonderfully. It's very easy to use and the software is always updated. Customer Service/Support is very responsive and helpful. Very good product and reasonable price.

I'm just getting started and learning…
I'm just getting started and learning how to DJ, I bought myself a pioneer ddj-400 and currently watching some tutorials and trying to understand and learn the basics, however now I have to find some music source I usually listened to, so I choose Amazon Music. I have a Prime account actually. And then I finally choose TuneBoto, as their review looks better than other brand. At first, I buy the month plan, but didn't get the license code. I email and they did reply to me real quick. Then I register and convert. It's great that they have the video to show me how to use this tool. Now my songs are downloaded and everything great! They really worthy of 5 star. Recommend!

I just installed this to download my purchased Amazon videos. It will not download anything. I get the 6130 error. I have plenty of internet speed.

A great Amazon Music downloader I ever…
A great Amazon Music downloader I ever met. At first, I just heard from my friends it could download Amazon songs to MP3 player. I tried and bought the one-month plan. Received a license in my junk box but registered successfully. It downloaded all my playlists, though a few of them failed. Retry convert and it succeeded. No matter how, it's pretty easy to use. Thanks and worth for a five star.

Awful, awful, awful piece of junk software. Constant errors and all customer service will do is spout pre-scripted nonsense at you and never actually say how to fix the errors.

数日前くらいから、ドラマなどを検索するとタイトルは、検索結果に出ますが、各エピソードが、選択できず、ダウンロードできなくなっています。（ブラウザでは、見れてます。）この問題を把握してますでしょうか？今後、対応の予定はありますか？

2021/11/19 18:00頃、アップデートの表示が出てアップデートしたところ検索結果が表示され、DLできるようになりました。関連性があるのかわかってませんがしばらく様子見たいと思います。

1、問題は特定の動画はダウンロードできないですか。すべての動画はダウンロードできないですか。
2、問題がある動画のURL。
3、問題が表示されるスクリーンショット。
4、プログラムのログファイル。プログラムを実行し、メニューボタン（右上の三のようなボンタン）>ログファイルを開くをクリックすると、「logs」フォルダが表示されます。そのフォルダ内のすべてのログファイルを送信してください。

Had a problem when trying to convert music
Had a problem when trying to convert Amazon music and the team tried to help without success. They did not give up and were very prompt in their replies. As it turned out it was not a problem with their program but one with Windows Update, one of which made the system please itself what it did. Had to do a reset of Windows and problem solved. The program works very well and I am pleased with it.

PCがHDCP 1.0までしか対応しないため、HD映画をダウンロードできなかったが、最新のバージョンにアップデートして、無事にHD映画をダウンロードすることができました。諦めようかと思ったが、HD映画をダウンロードできてよかったです。

Download bricht schnell ein!
Bekomme meistens nach dem 4. bzw. 5. Download einer Episode als MP4 Video, die Meldung: Fehler -10, nach mehrmaligem Speedtest, ist meine Leitung bei Vodafon einwandfrei mit 100-Download, 11-Upload und 16-Ping. Erst am nächsten Tag kann ich dann die nächsten 4 bis 5 Episoden downloaden und obwohl die einzelnen Episoden meistens nur eine Größe von nur 2Gb haben.

tuneboto-amazon-video-downloader-1.3.1-beta2にしたら、かなり良くなりましたが未だ失敗10でダウンロード出来ない動画があります。
そうしている内にバージョン1.4.0が出て、どちらが良いのか分かりません。
他のメーカーのamazon ビデオダウンローダーは試用版を使って3個の動画をダウンロード出来るのですが、
スムーズにダウンロード出来ました。
tunebotoはイマイチの感があります。

HD 動画をダウンロードして、失敗-25が提示する場合は、インターフェイスの右上隅にある[メニュー]アイコンをクリックして、[ログファイルを開く]をクリックしてください。その後、「NVDCacche」フォルダを開いて、「NVDConfig.xml」というファイルをメモ帳で実行します。"BlockTimeLimit"後の数を3000以下に変更してください。そして、ソフトを再起動してお試しください。
問題が解決しない場合は、メールを送信して、さらに分析するための詳細情報を提供してください。

good works well if it fails it usually works second time without issue if you put it on medium quality video it works well
the bugs that needs sorting out are
they should make the program less memory hog
on failure of downloading the movie it should auto retry again in que
also shutting the program down it freezes and dont shut down proper i had to shut it down via taskmanager
on shutdown of program it should remember the list of the movies that is in the que
i am on windows 10 64 bits
i be renewing this program when it run out next year if amazon doesnt block it somehow

This is a great program. It worked perfectly for me, and then I ran into a minor problem with an update. I notified Tuneboto and they responded quickly that they would work on the solution. A few days later the problem was solved, Great Program, great customer service!!!
