not trading

ordered over the years with no problem good delivery and fresh food but now you can`t even order from them.
when you make an order and go onto the paying section it states the there is no payment method so you can`t order,can`t reach them in any way,chat,phone,etc as you get the same digital reply,so I don`t know whats happened to this company,maybe they are not trading anymore

Scammers

Still there trading under so called business as usual.. my big fat ass …under the consumers act part 1 .. they shouldn’t be at all trading..iam going to stop this nonsense, there scammers..

My delivery was only 1/3 filled despite having been fully paid
None of my attempts to contact them has been successful
It is really a pity because until then i had thought it was brilliant.
Surely something must have gone very wrong there

Took money, didn’t deliver goods

I had ordered from this company several times over the years. The quality and delivery of the food was always very good. However I ordered from them 29 Nov 25 and the delivery was incomplete, missing items valued at just over £28. Also the Turkish goats cheese came on a damaged, rusty tin and the Turkish Delight was stale (I am half Turkish so know how the food should be presented). There are no Turkish restaurants where I live, I am in my 70’s and disabled so can’t drive to relevant shops, so I rely on delivery. I live on the state pension so £28 is nearly a week’s heating for me. I tried to contact them through every channel, digital, phone, social media, chat but they have ignored me and phone gets cut off as soon as it rings. I fear something has happened and had hoped to understand why. However I don’t want anyone else to lose money this way and can only imagine this us bad business practice.

Thiefs

more than half of my order is missing from the box clearly wasnt sent since the box is tiny i spent £84 and £48.47 worth goods of my order wasnt sent to me! I tried to contact you by calling, live chat, email, whatsapp no answer at all. I need you to refund my £48.47 immidietly because now this is theft! I order from Turkish Porter every month and first time something like this happened. I will never use this website ever again.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I placed an order and some items were missing. I tried to call, email and WhatsApp but cannot reach anyone. Avoid!! They will take your money and not send you your groceries that you paid for.

Terrible

Terrible. Ordered simit and baklava. Received the simits but no baklava. That’s not the problem, it happens. But, try contacting them, it is impossible. Phoning is pointless, “all our lines are busy”, and “sorry we cannot take messages”. Tried emailing, messaging, WhatsApp chat, nothing! So they’ve got my money, but I have no baklava. Never again.

It is terrible, if you can not handle it why you are doing this job, We ordered 11/11/2025, and still not received, no response to call, email etc. Please be careful and do not shop

Disgraceful Customer Service

Placed a order on 1st October 2025 which was collected the same day by Ups for delivery on 2nd October 2025 which never arrived just emails from Ups saying delivery delayed.Arrived on the 4th October 2025 left in the rain in the afternoon as the food was perishable it was past it's sell by date so was thrown out.Complained to Ups who told is to refer the matter to Turkish Porter even though Ups was at fault for the late delivery and didn't want to know.Turkish Porter HAS NOT replied to phone calls , left messages ,whatsapp messages,email messages or via their web page Chat when we reported the circumstances and requested a refund.Nil customer service responce.They have lost a valued customer oops a customer as we are NOT valued!!SHAME on you Turkish Porter!(we are pensioners and can ill afford the loss of our money).

Great food, no customer service

Great food, fast delivery if ordered on a weekday.
The downside it that my order was incomplete and, after trying to get in touch in multiple ways, no sign of a refund or even reply to my messages. I've waited one week from the order arriving. Do NOT bother with the "live chat" on the website.
Would not use again for this reason.

I placed an order with Turkish Porter…

I placed an order with Turkish Porter on the 22nd October and have been trying to reach them ever since. I’ve sent multiple emails, called several times (including a mobile number), and even sent messages via Instagram, but I haven’t received any reply or update at all.

This complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I truly regret making an online order with Turkish Porter — the customer service has been terrible, and it’s very frustrating to be left completely in the dark about my purchase.
