Seemless process

When I finally managed to secure tickets, the process to access and download tickets was seemless.

Ticket sale

Although I had initial difficulty in adding my ticket to the website, I found the rest of the experience straightforward.
It was good to receive the information that the ticket had been sold but I rang the buyer to make sure that they had received it. (they had).
I will use this platform again.

Just sold some concert tickets on…

Just sold some concert tickets on Twickets - first experience of selling rather than buying. All relatively easy to upload tickets. I did have some teething issues with sorting out my PayPal account for transfer but that was just because I had not used PayPal for a while. Worth sorting out as the sale then went through smoothly and happy to know someone is going to the gig!

Perseverance paid off when buying tickets.

I used this for buying tickets for a sold out concert. It is a bit of a lottery and you have to be quick of the mark when you receive notification of tickets that have become available. Perseverance paid off and once the transaction was made I was able to access the tickets. I would definitely use again.

Massive fan of Twickets

Managed to get a ticket for a very small sold out gig at the Underworld.

Amazing plateform, safe to buy and fair to the buyer & seller.
Have used the app for the last 10 years and saw more than 20 gigs of my favorite artists I had missed the original ticket sale of, sometimes in the tiniest venues in London.

Thanks Twickets

Great Experience

Listing the tickets was really easy and the process when they sold was also very straightforward. We've used Twickets for buying and selling and highly recommend.
