This review is for Ubreakfix on 1240 Canal. This is one of the most reliable and trustworthy businesses I have ever done business with. I very highly recommend this place if you want a electronics item repaired. They are very good and prompt with their service. Their lobby area is very nice with seating and a TV. I highly recommend this business. It's very hard to find a business with integrity today!!

I could be their number one fan very easily I had a Samsung 12.2 Pro tablet and it sent it into Samsung for repair only to find out they didn't support anymore it was in great shape all I was 5 years old I just didn't know what to do and the new location open up on Shea and Scottsdale Arizona I drop by there and everything went perfect I had it back the next day working fine and I think we'll be good for another 5 years so I would say don't hesitate going there your good value good service and my service rep happen to be William and it was great knowledgeable very good customer relationship and very positive individual. Finally the the store is very clean and very well laid out and you feel good when you go in there. Had a small problem with my Android but nobody wanted to touch it. U Break it (Exton) was happy to look at it - instantly - & fixed it - no charge - w/I 5 minutes! Helpful, happy, courteous. I dropped my Note 8 today and broke two corners on the screen. I got a claim filed on Asurions web site. Within 15 minutes I had a call from UbreakIFix. They explained it would take about 1.5 hours to fix. I setup an appointment and dropped it off. They were very professional and explained the whole process. Within an hour and a half they called my wife's phone and informed me that the phone was fixed. Fast and easy. They even use OEM parts. I greatly appreciate their service.

Garantie die wordt geboden is onzin. Mijn scherm laten maken op een zaterdagmiddag in Amsterdam, gekozen voor het origenele iphone scherm (eur140). Op zondag einde dag zag ik letterlijk een scheur in mijn telefoon komen. Gezien de garantie ben ik meteen op maandagochtend teruggegaan. Organisatie kon niks voor mij doen, want ik had net zo goed mijn telefoon weer kunnen laten vallen. Voor 50% van de prijs mocht ik er een nieuw scherm laten inzetten. Gezien mijn scherm binnen 48 uur weer 1 scheur heeft van links naar rechts, heb ik hier niet voor gekozen. Ik zou hier niet weer mijn telefoon laten maken, slechte ervaring. 140 euro verder en geen werkende telefoon..

Scherm van iPhone was stuk, deze laten maken en expres gekozen voor het duurdere scherm van €99,-, ook nog een extra beschermplaatje van €5,- erop laten zetten. ‘S avonds in de oplader gedaan, ochtend erna scherm weer stuk. In de winkel wordt er gezegd dat het toestel is gevallen, wat absoluut niet het geval is! Ongelofelijk!

Antwoord op reactie: dat kan ik me voorstellen echter heb ik mijn telefoon niet laten vallen, dus hoe kan het dan dat het scherm kapot is? Enige harde materiaal waar deze op neer is gelegd is nachtkastje en dit is rustig gebeurt dus ook niet met vallen of neergooien of van grote afstand. Dan is het scherm toch gewoon niet goed?

Goed geholpen voor een nieuw Tempered Glass voor mijn Samsung Galaxy smartphone voor een klein prijsje. Service voor een andere adapter voor een 2e toestelletje prima. Hoesje voor mijn smartphone goed geadviseerd voor een redelijk prijsje. In oktober 2018 gekocht door C.v.G.

Took my note 8 in for repair. Phone looked great after repair however it did not retain it's water resistant feature. I went on vacation, I tried taking an underwater video with the phone within 10 second it was filled with water.
Upon my return to the United states I took the phone back to the store I heard nothing but nonsense.
