Best abroad courier service... .

They were completely professional and prompt . I highly recommend them

Fast service, friendly and professional technicians, good communication.

Complicated job, but in time brought to a satisfying end.

Too complex with no explanations

After booking online, which was simple enough, I received a stream of WhatsApp messages about all aspects of the shipment. However, they required both a soft-copy of my passport AND insisted that the "pickup manager" must speak to me. No matter how many times I asked, they would not explain WHY there must be a prior conversation to the pickup.

I felt that it was impossible for me to have any trust or confidence in a courier service that cannot even do something as simple as (a) a pickup or (b) arranging a pickup without needing to speak to the consignor / consignee and (c) cannot say why such a conversation is necessary.

I shall not try to use them again.
