I ordered 3 plants as gifts for Mother's day. Not only the delivery was delayed, the plants were also damaged and one didn't even have soil in it, just roots!! Since they were gifts, it is so embarrassing to have send something like this to someone!

This is not acceptable!!
I want my money back!!

I had the most horrible experience. I received my order late and since the plants were in transit for such along time, I received them in horrible condition with the leaves and soil loose. The plants were semi dry and the leaves falling off the plant. The packaging is a complete waste and all that plastic and rubberbands are so against the environment.

I placed an order with Ugaoo and waited a long time for delivery. When the delivery was finally scheduled, it was canceled without any reason or contact from Ugaoo or their delivery partner. I tried to expedite the delivery by calling, messaging, raising queries, and even sending WhatsApp messages, but it took two business days just to reach their customer service. Concerned that the plants wouldn’t be in good condition after such delays, I decided to cancel the order. Based on this frustrating experience, I wouldn't recommend relying on Ugaoo.

I had placed an order for 3 plants from ugaoo. Two of them were in good condition but one was unhealthy. I did post a complaint but there was no action. I added positive reviews for the 2 good quality plants & a negative review for the unhealthy one. Later when I checked I saw that out of my 3 reviews, the negative one is no longer there in the website. So although the packaging & delivery is good and it is a legit website but they definitely cannot be trusted with the large number of positive reviews on the website.

Disappointing Plant Order Experience

I recently ordered some plants from Ugaoo.com, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. What went wrong with my plant order was a series of issues that left me quite frustrated.

Firstly, the plants I received were not in the best condition. Some of them had wilted leaves, and a few looked like they had been mishandled during transit. It was evident that more care should have been taken in packaging and shipping.

Secondly, there was a lack of communication regarding the delivery timeline. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times to get updates, which was quite inconvenient.

To improve, Ugaoo.com should focus on improving the quality control of their plants and ensure better packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Additionally, enhancing their communication with customers about order status and delivery updates would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

I hope these suggestions help Ugaoo.com provide a better plant shopping experience in the future.

Really excellent experience. I live in North America. Recently ordered seven plants to be shipped to a friend in India for a special occasion. They have a great and unique selection of house and kitchen plants that you can’t get easily anywhere else all of which are well described. The site applies promos (generous ones at that) automatically at checkout. Payment was secure and easy using my North American credit card. They sent me regular updates and tracking info when the order shipped. It took between three and four days for the items to reach. One plant didn’t make the trip and they refunded me the amount promptly after I sent them a photo. My friend was really pleased with the quality and efficiency of the whole thing. I’ll use them again. I also seemed to have earned points to use for a future order.
