The goods and service are very good.
It was the delivery service DPD that let things down. Failed to deliver to address twice and left parcel at shop pickup point

Packaging too large and arrived damaged with delivery note missing.
Must be common because label attached requesting photos of damaged box if contents broken. Luckily despite box being damaged content not harmed!

My first order with this company. My initial parcel came quickly but the switch i ordered had two different colours inside. Should have been black nickel but included antique brass. I could not fault the response to this simple mistake. New switch sent promptly and fantastic response time. I will definitely order again.
