No email responses to faulty product query
Initially happy with various orders for feather flags, we've been let down recently by a faulty product and no responses to our emails.
The most recent ground spikes (for feather flags) appear to be scoring the lower part of the flag pole, eventually resulting in them snapping. Initially we put this down to poor maintenance on our part (allowing the spike to get rusty and using too much force hammering them into the ground, causing a ridge), so we ordered and paid for new parts. However the brand new spikes caused similar damage to new poles, in good weather conditions.
Initially we received replies to our emails highlighting the issue, however our emails from 3rd Sept, 16th Sept, and 12th Nov remain unanswered.
It also took 2 weeks and a prompt from us for them to acknowledge payment for our spare parts order (sent by bank transfer as per invoice instructions).
