⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Platinum Services – Thank You from the Bottom of My Heart!

I honestly cannot thank the team at Platinum Services enough for everything they have done for me. From the very first conversation, they supported me every step of the way and made sure I never felt alone throughout the whole university application process.

I had tried reaching out to other people for help with getting everything sorted for university, but I wasn’t getting the responses or support I needed. Then I got in touch with Platinum Services on 7th October, and what followed was genuinely amazing.

My situation wasn’t straightforward because my chosen university had stopped accepting applications. I was only interested in attending this particular university because the course suited me practically and was something I genuinely wanted to pursue. If it hadn’t worked out, I honestly felt I would have gone straight back to work and probably wouldn’t have considered going to university again.

However, the team at Platinum Services didn’t give up on me. Hannah, Yara and Mo were absolutely brilliant. They kept me updated throughout the process, reassured me when I was worried, and made me feel like someone was genuinely fighting my corner. I was told not to worry and that they would let me know as soon as applications reopened.

Just a couple of days later, I received a call telling me to get my student finance sorted because they had spoken to the university and were working on getting my application through. The communication, reassurance and determination from the team were outstanding.

And then, on 23rd October, I received an offer to study at university! 🎉 From getting in touch on 7th October to receiving an offer just 16 days later — honestly, how amazing is that? I am now awaiting my start date in November, and I couldn’t be happier.

What stood out to me most wasn’t just how quickly everything happened, but the way I was treated throughout the process. They didn’t leave me wondering what was happening, ignore my messages or make me feel like I was asking for too much. They kept me informed, encouraged me and gave me hope when I genuinely thought I had missed my opportunity.

Hannah, Yara and Mo, thank you so much for your patience, professionalism, kindness and hard work. You have helped me take a step towards something I genuinely wanted, and I will always appreciate the effort you put into making it happen.

If you’re thinking about going to university and need guidance or support, I would honestly recommend giving Platinum Services a chance. My experience has been amazing, and I am so grateful I reached out to them.

Platinum services contacted me after I applied for a university opportunity to study music production and sound engineering. Initially I was contacted by Claudio who was extremely helpful and got the ball rolling. Then I passed on to Nicolta for the next part of the processs, who mediated with point blank music school. She kept me informed regularly and had plenty of phone calls to help me through the process. I applied late and had a few issues filling out forms etc, and she liaised with the music school to get my application and enrollment completed before the deadline. Thanks to Nicolta for your help.
